Rude help, small portions.They can keep it. Not that good anyway. Standard glop out of a machine.

After a really long day of working, all I wanted was ice cream. The hours online say that they close at 8:30… I got there at 7:45 and I could see that the signs were off. The attendant also ran off so fast that I couldn't even ask her about their hours. It seemed like it was intentional because when I got back in my car, she came out of the back.Honestly...it's as easy as changing your hours online. If the hours of closing vary, then say that… People waste their time driving there instead of going somewhere else like I did.

Hours arent correct. Workers were in the back and the Open sign was illuminated but the employees would serve us. We were knocking on the window and saw the girls walking back and forth in the back of the store, then the girls turned off the lights. We could see them hiding and smiling. We went up the hill to Debora Ann's and had a great experience.

Always a fun stop. I remember when this was Carvel in the 70s.

I have loved this place for years and have also watched the quality deteriorate since the pandemic. I would have easily given it 5 stars in 2019. My last trip there was a week ago. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, something that I have ordered there for years. But like the last few times, it was bland, lots of milk and barely any flavor. My wife's Sundae was not much different. I will probably continue going out of habit, but there are other options in the area that are better.

They have a lot of ice cream flavours and various different items there ice cream is medium the place is also costly, it's overly hyped

Ice cream cone that looked like someone dropped it before handing it to me. Over priced.

There must be new owners and they are obviously hands-off and do not care about this place. It is dirty and gross. Lots of confusion. Employee's hands touched my ice cream. Biggest GROSS factor: Standing at the service window on the right, I could see several missing tiles on the floor next to an ice cream machine with multiple tubes attached to the machine on one end, and the other end of the tubes touching the filthy floor, as if there was a leak but the owner just kept it like that. I'm scared to think what is in the back that is not in full view. I would recommend going to the Carvel five minutes away, not this place.

30 years of going to Ridgefield Ice Cream. My trip there tonight has left me very disappointed. Historically good, consistent, dense & sweet soft serve. Has arguably been the best in the town forever. Tonight it was aerated and pedestrian. Not even as good as DQ. Unless it changes back to the old recipe, not going back.

Rude employees. My daughter’s ice cream was mixed with what ever was left in the ice cream scoop. She didn’t appreciate it!They were not friendly, never smiled and was rude to my wife. We will never go here again. They need to be taught customer service skills.
