This place is amazing!!! It was my first time there. The owner is there greeting customers and answering any questions, as a new customer he welcomed me to the store and offered samples of whatever I wanted to try. All the ingredients they use are organic, fresh, everything baked in the day and you can taste the food being really fresh, tasty, and delicious!!! The girls working in this place were very friendly and helpful as well. It's a very friendly and happy place. Wonderful way to start my day! Simply amazing!!!!

In a country where bakery's consist of those disgusting Italian cookies that look different but all taste the same, and Elmo cupcakes, Ross is a welcome addition.
You get actual pastries not baked and shipped 3 weeks ago.

Great place for coffee and baked goods! When my parents visit, they come up with an excuse to go every single morning they are in town (and we all welcome the treats they bring home!).

Ross is a lovely shop and the seeded bread is delicious. I really come in for the scrumptious strawberry morning buns which never disappoint. But last week I decided to get ham and Gruyère on buttered baguette.Sadly, that was a huge disappointment. I have been to Paris many times and always have a Jambon Beurre when I am there. Always fresh and delicious the Parisian baguette is perfect…the bread so tender with the crust crisp but thin. The Ross version was nearly inedible and I almost cracked a tooth trying to bite through the hard tough crust. It tasted stale and was cut too thick for enjoyment. I did manage to eat half of it to justify the $10 price. I am very surprised that such an upscale bakery can’t make a decent baguette. Time to up your game to justify the high prices you charge.

Amazing coffee, specialty coffee and baked goods. Their blueberry muffins in particular are a favorite with my family.

Way overpriced. A mason jar of rice pudding and a loaf of banana bread cost $24 (on credit). I feel like the bill wasn't that high when I swiped, but I wasn't given a chance to email myself a receipt so I can't verify. Beware of anything that doesn't have properly listed prices (or has it hidden)!
I haven't tried the banana bread yet (I'll have some for breakfast tomorrow). Is the rice pudding good? Sure, I suppose. Is it all that much better than commercial rice pudding? Not really.

Stepping into Ross Bakery Shoppe & Coffee in Ridgefield, CT, is like walking into a cozy, inviting haven where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods fills the air. Their standout item, the BEC (Bacon, Egg, and Cheese) sandwich, served on a perfectly toasted English muffin, is a culinary delight. The bacon is crispy, the eggs are cooked to perfection, and the cheese melts in your mouth, all coming together in a symphony of flavors. The English muffin, with its golden-brown crust and soft interior, complements the filling beautifully. Accompanied by a cup of their rich, smooth coffee, it's the perfect way to start any day. The staff at Ross Bakery Shoppe & Coffee are always welcoming and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. It's no wonder this place is a local favorite!

Good evening, everyone! This establishment is hard to overlook, with a very beautiful interior, but the cuisine leaves much to be desired. The food is quite mediocre, and the prices are on par with a good restaurant. I ordered a dish for €24, and they brought me what seemed like a frozen meal from a supermarket, which they simply reheated. In a word, there's no culinary excellence in this place. However, if you're looking for a nice atmosphere to enjoy some coffee, then this establishment is suitable.
