Staceyâs cake was a HUGE hit at our sonâs birthday. She made a beautiful custom cake (see photo) and guests went out of their way to say how delicious it was and ask who made it. It was so popular we didnât have any leftovers! Kids also enjoyed the matching cupcakes and the assorted mini cupcakes - perfect size for them. Will definitely be coming back for future special occasions!

We were looking for Jewish baked goods to bring to a Shiva. Oddly, we couldnât find anything in the Danbury area. Closest was Staceyâs in Ridgefield. It was a pleasant surprise. They make Jewish classics like babka, mandal bread, challah and much more. They also make Italian and American desserts. The cakes in a jar seem like a novelty, but they are delicious not just for show. The red velvet was amazing. Definitely check out this small business. You wonât be disappointed.

My mom picked up a few of the miniature cakes from Staceyâs Totally Baked and when we went to enjoy them on Tuesday they were stale. The frosting was crunchy, and the cake a tad dry. We let the cake stand at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving, as well. My mom was assured the cakes would stay well for at least a few days and unfortunately, that wasnât the case. The red velvet and buttercream were tasty but we ultimately didnât finish them due to the crunchy frosting and stale cake.

Staceyâs is the best place to grab a custom cake, cupcakes, challah or quick sugar fix. She did a great job with my daughterâs first birthday cake with matching custom cupcakes, helped us with a special allergy-free cupcake order, and made a delicious and beautiful graduation cake. Along with her baking talent, she gives back to her community, works with a school to deliver challah to a local early childhood center, donates surplus food to a local food shelter, and is a wonderful and kind human to work with. I canât say enough good things about her and her business!
