This is a two part review. First, you MUST try Stacey's ready to bake cinnamon rolls. I don't have a photo because everyone ate them so quickly. They are already prepped in a pan, just let rise, bake, spread the included and yummy cream cheese frosting and enjoy. They were an impulse buy to add to Sunday brunch and were delicious. Secondly, a big thank you shout out to Stacey for making a special order large (the length of sheet pan) challah for my daughter's wedding reception. Just as fluffy and tasty as her weekly challah and Stacey is so easy to work with.

I recently called for the first time to get information about a cake order, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. From the beginning of the call, I felt that I wasn’t being heard, and the tone of the conversation came across as unfriendly and dismissive. As someone who works in customer service, I understand that our days can be stressful and that everyone has off days. However, I reached out because I genuinely needed guidance and hoped for a helpful conversation.
When I expressed that I was unsure about proceeding due to the tone of the call and mentioned I might need to hang up, I paused to give Stacey a chance to respond. Instead, there was silence, and then the call was disconnected. This lack of acknowledgment made me feel that my concerns were not taken seriously and confirmed my impression of the interaction.
I hope this feedback is helpful and encourages a more welcoming and supportive approach for future customers seeking assistance.

Stacey’s cake was a HUGE hit at our son’s birthday. She made a beautiful custom cake (see photo) and guests went out of their way to say how delicious it was and ask who made it. It was so popular we didn’t have any leftovers! Kids also enjoyed the matching cupcakes and the assorted mini cupcakes - perfect size for them. Will definitely be coming back for future special occasions!

Amazing!! Stacey made a cupcake cross for my son's baptism and they were absolutely delicious. She made the process so easy and she's wonderful.
We were looking for Jewish baked goods to bring to a Shiva. Oddly, we couldn’t find anything in the Danbury area. Closest was Stacey’s in Ridgefield. It was a pleasant surprise. They make Jewish classics like babka, mandal bread, challah and much more. They also make Italian and American desserts. The cakes in a jar seem like a novelty, but they are delicious not just for show. The red velvet was amazing. Definitely check out this small business. You won’t be disappointed.

My mom picked up a few of the miniature cakes from Stacey’s Totally Baked and when we went to enjoy them on Tuesday they were stale. The frosting was crunchy, and the cake a tad dry. We let the cake stand at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving, as well. My mom was assured the cakes would stay well for at least a few days and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The red velvet and buttercream were tasty but we ultimately didn’t finish them due to the crunchy frosting and stale cake.
