Stacey’s cake was a HUGE hit at our son’s birthday. She made a beautiful custom cake (see photo) and guests went out of their way to say how delicious it was and ask who made it. It was so popular we didn’t have any leftovers! Kids also enjoyed the matching cupcakes and the assorted mini cupcakes - perfect size for them. Will definitely be coming back for future special occasions!

We were looking for Jewish baked goods to bring to a Shiva. Oddly, we couldn’t find anything in the Danbury area. Closest was Stacey’s in Ridgefield. It was a pleasant surprise. They make Jewish classics like babka, mandal bread, challah and much more. They also make Italian and American desserts. The cakes in a jar seem like a novelty, but they are delicious not just for show. The red velvet was amazing. Definitely check out this small business. You won’t be disappointed.

My mom picked up a few of the miniature cakes from Stacey’s Totally Baked and when we went to enjoy them on Tuesday they were stale. The frosting was crunchy, and the cake a tad dry. We let the cake stand at room temperature for 15 minutes prior to serving, as well. My mom was assured the cakes would stay well for at least a few days and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The red velvet and buttercream were tasty but we ultimately didn’t finish them due to the crunchy frosting and stale cake.

Everything Stacy bakes is AMAZING!! Just tried the chocolate babka… to die for!! Beat part is Stacy and her daughter… so sweet, friendly, passionate. LOVE this wonderful little gem in Ridgefield. It’s tucked away behind the Gulf Station on Danbury Rd, but totally worth a stop!

She did a great job with my daughter’s first birthday cake with matching custom cupcakes, helped us with a special allergy-free cupcake order, and made a delicious and beautiful graduation cake. Along with her baking talent, she gives back to her community, works with a school to deliver challah to a local early childhood center, donates surplus food to a local food shelter, and is a wonderful and kind human to work with.
