Understaffed. It took a long time to even put in my order with only one person ahead of me. Then it was almost 15 minute wait for a white mocha that tasted weak in coffee and white chocolate

This review is not targeted at the local Starbucks. The employees are very professional. This is a comment on starbucks in general. I just purchased a Grande regular coffee. $3 + tax. The POS system suggested a minimum $1 tip. Assuming a minimum 33% tip is ridiculous and I assume will result in a decrease in overall tips. Further, the plastic lid did not attach to the cup tight enough and resulted in spilled coffee on my pants and my car's center console. Starbucks should assure if customers are paying $4 for a product that probably costs them 20 cents the product should be flawless. I wish the workers at Starbucks a very happy new year and suggest that they convey this to their management.

First time here, walked in and was greeted immediately. Staff was dressed for the holidays looking very festive with bubbly personalities 🎄😅. Atmosphere was very nice and my order was done well and fast! I can see why this place is rated high and had to leave a review as well. Will come again! Thank you!

What happened to this Starbucks. I am not a big fan of the new footprint of this store. It feels like the size of the sitting are shrank in half, squeezing two top tables in the seating area, with very little room for customers to wait in line when the store has a rush. The store itself is very very clean and bright, but way too cramped. As for the WiFi, if you have to zoom or stream content you will be out of luck. This is the worst wifi I have ever experienced at Starbucks. I cannot open the site I require for a conference zoom call, listen only mode. Now I have find another coffee shop with internet with enough bandwidth I can spend ten minutes watching this zoom. This place is way too small now.

5 stars for the staff, always have a friendly experience. Minus stars for the sterile spring 2024 remodeling - it feels like you're in an airport (bathroom), and now it's just a single door. The more spacious, cozy setup it had for over a decade was the definition of a coffee shop. What was Starbucks corporate thinking?! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
