I was in town for a meeting and asked around for a good place to eat. Willow Hallow was recommended and I stopped by for a burger and fries before my meeting. I was unable to finish my burger. It was clearing a cheap frozen patty and the bacon on it was undercooked to the point of being chewy. Service was good, place was clean.
For a $14 burger combo I was expecting something a tad better than a hockey puck frozen burger patty.
One and done for me at Willow Hallow Cafe, next time I will go to BK for a better burger.

If I could give it no stars I would. Lost my order and when I called them and offered to go pick up a replacement order the manager stated that my order was missing with the delivery person and their was no recourse. No customer service or plain old people skills at all!
