Very pricey. Half the portions at double the price. My server was pleasant but forgetful. He apparently had too many tables to serve. The restaurant was very loud. A $280.00 bill for pasta dish, chicken parm and a small strip steak with drinks. Unless you need to feel special, spend your money at a local Italian restaurant

Let me start by saying the service was amazing. Our server was top notch. Food came out riht on time. Cooked as requested. The appetizers were really good. The steak was good, the sauce really made the difference. The atmosphere was good. Lighting was a bit poor for the small letter menú. However, this does not take away from the rating.

Amazing service, our waitress was all smiles and extremely attentive. Water glass was constantly filled and she had a great amount of knowledge about the menu.I had the chicken picatta with polenta and broccoli ran, it was so good. The polenta could have been a dish by itself that I would order it was that good.Our table also got the ricotta potato croquettes and these were so flavorful. The calamari was crispy and tender.The bread they put on the table is super elevated. They have herbs and oil on them. So good.I had the Creme brulee for dessert and it was incredibly well done.This place is not cheap but everything I ate was incredible and everyone else at my table enjoyed their food as well. I would eat here again in a heart beat

Carbones rating. Customer attention 1 star Food quality 2.5 star Decor and ambience 3.5 star Value for money 2.5 star We ordered medium-rare steak. My steak came medium. Lucky the waitress was half-way walking away so I could ask her to come back. Waitress said replacement will be about 6 minutes. We waited. My dinner companion stated to eat. 20 minutes passed before waitress returned to the table for an update. This is unacceptable. She said she didn't know what was going on. We asked what did chefs say. She had no answer. She didn't apologize. To be fair, the waitress was polite. That said, she was oddly unaffected, unsympathetic and told us to hang on as if it were a fast food restaurant and we were waiting on fries. Moments later one of the owner's comes by the table. She apologies, and said it's almost ready. She didn't offer anything for the mistake - I had to broach compensation. She took the meal off and didn't charge for the sodas. Finally the steak arrived and I had to eat alone. My dinner companion also ate her entree alone too. It would have been nice had Carbones offered a salad or something so my companion didn't have to eat alone. What made this dinner at Carbones disastrous is less that it took so long and more so that Carbones did not seem to care much. Customer care is just not on Carbones ladder of priority. For their prices customers should expect better. Terrible dining experience. Subpar customer care. I'm sorry.

This was my first time here due to having received a gift certificate. And I have to say we will definitely be back. The food was amazing. Our waiter AJ was Top Notch with an awesome personality. Between my group, we ordered a filet, a ribeye, the salmon and the seafood ravioli. Everything was cooked perfectly. They have an extensive wine list. We even ordered dessert, which we never do. The chocolate mousse and the cheesecake were delicious. This is a very high-end restaurant which reflects on the higher prices. As long as you come here knowing that in advance you won't be surprised.
