My local friend and I used to visit this place often, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Two weeks ago, we ordered the North Indian lunch special and were served spoiled food. The curry and rava kesari were clearly from a previous day and had gone bad.
To make matters worse, my friend found a ladybug in her chana curry. When we informed the staff, they tried to dismiss it by saying it might be a bean, which was dishonest and insulting. I cook regularly and know the difference.
Serving rotten food and responding this way shows a complete lack of hygiene, accountability, and respect—not only for customers, but also for Indian culture and cuisine. This was disgusting and deeply disappointing. We will never return and do not recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited this restaurant and really enjoyed the food. The gobi manchurian was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of spice. The pav bhaji was rich, buttery, and full of authentic taste, served hot with soft pav. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The place feels welcoming, the service is friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. If you love Indian street-style food, this is the best place to go.

We are regular customers, but this experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Just one week earlier, we visited with 5 adults and our baby and were charged correctly, with no extra gratuity since our baby did not order any food. This time, with the same family, they suddenly counted our baby as a 6th adult and added a 20% gratuity without explanation. This unfair and inconsistent treatment left us feeling uncomfortable and unhappy. We never expected this kind of experience from a place we trusted and visited regularly.

Always good and vegetarian. A few of the items are on the hot side, but all very good. (If we're being specific the way my grandmother makes rasam is less hot, but thiers is good to.) I don't think ill ever love anyone's idlis as much as my grandmother's, but I do enjoy thiers. (Most places I order idlis and regret it, but not here.) And, the price is right.

I was excited to find this on Happycow when in the area visiting family. Food was delicious, prices were great, portions were big, and staff were attentive (and even brought extra sauce preemptively). I had a spinach dosa, my husband had daal, and we shared veg and plantain pakora.

First time trying this place, everything was fresh made and delicious. Lots of spices and every dish was so tasty. Service was great as well! Paper dosa was monstrous, the masala inside was warm, soft and delicious!

The taste was not good; it was the worst. I hated it. A month ago, it was so good, but when I ate it today, it was terrible. I ordered the mini tiffin, and it came with an idly that seemed two days old, burnt uttapam, vada, and the worst upma I’ve ever had in my life. The only good thing was the coffee.
