This is one of my favorite DD locations. The coffee is ALWAYS WONDERFUL, and the donuts are extremely fresh. Today was quite interesting...I had to wait longer than usually for my coffee. I asked a worker who was stacking supplies, "Was anyone working on my coffee". She stood up and looked me in my eyes and said, "Yes... there are other customers here besides you." I asked to speak with the manager, and she came over acting tough, and we discussed her rudeness. Then I asked for her name, and she refused to give me her name. I went off, and that pisses me off that i allowed her to change my character. She's a poor example of leadership. She does not represent the whole DD franchise.

Standard DUNKIN Donut breakfast fare, and dine in atmospher. However, the staffing and "Friendly" service I received was superior to what I experience in my home area. Whenever I'm passing through, I always plan a stop at this location, Exit 23 off I-91.
