I ordered a 8 dollar bagel (everything with bacon, egg and cheese and to add sausage) I take two bites to notice it was missing the sausage since they charged my close to 3 dollars for sausage I go back through the driveway, some dude takes my half bitten sandwich and puts half a sausage in it with attitude. Not sure why he had attitude atleast the lady at the window was nice so I decided to drive away and just throw it out. Appreciate it bro, learn some customer service

As i entered the store it was busy and there were only two people doing everything! Taking orders at the front counter and drive through. Making coffee and food. Most people would be under pressure and rude in a situation like this! Jetmir and Rihanna were not rude at all. They were very pleasant and helpful! They made my day! Great customer service is very important to me! I will be back for this reason alone!! Thank you again!

Manager Liz was extremely rude. Terrible place Made terrible matcha latte and when I asked to fix it they not only did not do it, but also did not give me address of the store so I had to look it up on receipt to write that review. That is what manager recommended... instead of giving it to me...I am not making it up !!!.... 😂 Another manager came in to a store, male. and instead of helping and maybe listening to a customer....refused to even provide his name. I guess they do not want negative review...but how unprofessional is that !!! To put it softly....not very smart... I hope Dunkin Donuts will look and listen to what is going on and hopefully improve....but before they do.... avoid that location !!! Terrible place. BTW, bathrooms were discussing....
I asked for no ice in my energy drink and they said they had to add ice. They gave me less ice and didn’t fill the drink to the top. It was about 2 inches from the top. So if you get less ice, you get less drink. But they have no problem filling cup to top with ice and giving you 5 sips of liquid if you order regular. The staff is unfriendly and they don’t say anything as they hand your food and drink through window. No smiles or friendly interaction. I placed mobile order for food and they questioned if I ordered at the correct store. I had to show them order on my phone to prove it. My order was sitting on the counter the whole time. This store sucks and I definitely don’t recommend it. I’ll be going to the other store down the street from now on.

I just want to say that I never give five star reviews where they're not well deserved. This sweet girl, Nayelee, who was at the drive thru was so outgoing, very kind and all around had all around amazing vibe! We also had a bit of a hiccup and she helped with no questions asked. I was having a pretty rough morning and she completely turned my whole day around. We really need to have more people like her. Thank you! ❤️
