Very efficient because they have a sliver for takeout and a slicer for takeouts. That really speeds things up. Consistently great food We don’t like it Mike’s way, too bitter. But the grinders are great. We always get the No 7. Can’t beat it. Great folks working at this location. They work hard. Not the best dining in experience though.

Xavier, Tony, NY took care of me when I walked in 1 min before close. They didn’t have to and they treated me like it was in the middle of the day, not 1 min before close. Great service, great food as always…..appreciate you!!!

Not veteran friendly!!!! I eat jersey Mike's quite frequently my gripe is about the Rockyhill location in Connecticut it was veterans day and alot of businesses including Jersey Mike's offer veterans free food on that day Well not the rockyhill location! I don't normally take advantage of these thing but on this day my wife talked me into it so I went in and asked and the kid at the register and he said yes and was gonna make it and asked the girl behind him and she said we don't do that! I was floored felt like a begger thanks for that jersey Mike's! You suck

11/2/24 Well this is my 3rd time eating at a Jersey Mike's, and I guess I've learned that the quality depends on the store or who's working. Was here from the better State of Pennsylvania for the weekend. I ordered on the app a regular size Mike's Famous Philly and the only thing that famous was my disappointment. I paid an extra $3.00 for extra meat and there was still barely any on the sub. See the pics. No wonder this store has such low stars. See the pics and judge for yourself. I'd hate to see how much steak they put on if you don't pay the $3 extra!!! 😑

I ordered a big kahuna.it Took 23 minutes to make. I got home it was chicken not steak. I went back asked for the right sandwich no one even said they were sorry. got it went back home wrong again! Went back to get my money back still no I’m sorry. Instead they said we got a lot going on. The a girl says to me you didn’t say steak. I did say #56. And a chicken says chicken big kahuna. I’m amazed at the incompetence and rudeness of this place. I would not go there I won’t go back! 45 minutes to not have lunch. Thank you to the incompetent crew at Jersey mikes.

I ordered a turkey and cheese regular and topped it with most of the available options. With a two bottles of water (my own), 1/2 of the regular was enough. Saved the other half for breakfast the next morning.
The turkey was tasty, the toppings were flavorful, and the flavor of the cheese was hidden behind the rest of it.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean. Good enough!

I am a Jersey Girl. Jersey Mikes has been my favorite goto for the best sub around. You DO NOT represent the quality of which Jersey Mikes stands for. It was a joke to get my #2 sub with one (thin) slice of ham, one (thin) slice of capicola and requested (2) thin slices of provolone. NEVER going to that location again. Recommend Glastonbury. Worth the drive.

The food was okay, the inside of the dining area is clean, the service is absolutely abysmal. When I was in the store people were leaving because their orders were taking so long to prepare. I won't be going back.
