I went inside to get my pickup order and noticed a few unsanitary things. 1. The girl working the sandwich station was also running the cash register, and with the same gloves!! 2. I looked to the right and see order receipts being placed on top of the sandwiches. I usually don’t even leave reviews, but it was too disturbing. The sandwiches was not good and the “hot” sandwich wasn’t even hot and the cheese was barely melted. I will never visit this location again.

Everytime I order from here they never read the notes which explain the order. I pay for chips and sides and they don’t even bother to put it in the bag. Imagine having to go back to the store multiple times because people don’t do their jobs correct. Never ordering from here again.

Gave the service 2 stars due to the guy who made my sub. The Rocky Hill location has gone downhill lately. Ordered a regular sub today, which was mostly bread and very little meat and cheese. Perhaps training all employees the same would benefit customers - I can go one week and have a sub made by one of the employees and it will be great, then today get one that has 2 pieces of see through American cheese (what I asked for but not sure if that is even what I got) and almost no ham. Never seem to have this issue at the Glastonbury location, as it is always consistent when ordered from there.

My wife ordered 3 different sandwiches on the app today. All three of them were wrong. Ordered takeout so nothing to do I guess. One was the wrong bread, another one has incorrect toppings and last one was made with the wrong kind of chicken and was barely edible.

I’ve had Jersey Mike’s steak and cheese before which is great but decided to go with something different at this location and landed on the tuna. Great tuna sub, great service from the crew but man, these prices. I think it was like $17-$18 for a regular tuna sub with bacon and cheese and nothing else: no drink or chips. I think the best way to save money at a Jersey mikes in the future is to have someone with you who likes the same type of sub and then to split the big one.
Restaurant is very clean, our hot subs are cooked to perfection, staffs are awesome! Ample parking too!

Subs are consistently good here. However, apparently if they can’t accommodate a special request for a takeout order they wait til you get there to ask you about an alternative. Most places will call and ask. I placed an order 20 minutes before I arrived upon which they asked me about my cheese choice, and then they started my order after I arrived. May seem like a small thing but when you think you’re running quickly in and instead have to wait 10 minutes it is very annoying.
