Went to Rockyhill location for an early dinner was seated without too much of a wait. The male waiter was pretty inattentive had to ask for drinks and bread. My Ribeye was supposed to be medium it was cold red they only give one side and when you order potatoes they have no gravy there. Had to ask for check never got a drink refill. Texas Roadhouse is so much better.

The ambiance is nice, as any Longhorn Steakhouse would be. We sat in the bar area, at a high top around 5:30… service was prompt, but almost too prompt. We had no time to even settle in before being asked what we wanted to drink 3 times over. When we “finally” ordered drinks they arrived timely (only ordered beers) In my opinion, if somebody orders waters first then you should wait until they are ready instead of continuously asking and making people feel pressured. The rest of the dinner was timed out well, except he forgot one of our salads, and never checked back to see if we all got our salad course. So, only one person had salad for that course. Dinner came, and he didn’t wait around or ask if we needed anything else, condiments, salt pepper (needed) or if we were missing anything, or even to check back and see if our steaks were cooked to our liking/ordering. One was well done, instead of medium rare. Two were medium, and not medium rare but tolerable to eat. So, after 10 minutes we had to bring it up to the bar and ask to have a new one cooked, since he was not coming around again. 20 minutes since plates were dropped, the “manager” who had no idea who had the wrong steak, brought a filet to the table, when clearly only one person was without food… auctioned it off. The steak was raw. It was informed to the manager on duty that it was not okay. No condolences to the table, and the food wasn’t eaten. It was not the bartenders fault, he didn’t cook the food. But what was his fault was forgetting a salad (bringing it to somebody at the bar instead) never checking on his table, and for the manager poorly executing a recook. The food wasn’t eaten, and not even a condolence or a discount was taken into effect. 1/10 service.

Reserved a table here to celebrate the birth of our baby and had family come from New Jersey. However our experience was appalling as our mains came out with out any starters, every one of the mains where cold and the bread they put on the table had mould on the corner. The waitress tried to make it better but the manager Marco made sure she couldn’t and was very rude, also I left my baby’s diaper bag behind and once I returned to collect it he told me it wasn’t there only when one of the waiters told me when he went away that it was there and they had it. One of the worst experiences in a restaurant I’ve ever had and had to settle for McDonald’s. Avoid at all costs or try a different Longhorn to this one
