I have to say McDonald's in Rocky Hill is without a doubt the best one around.Fast Friendly Service which they are supposed to be right? Well they are, I try not to eat too much Fast Food but on the occasion that I'm in the area I will stop in.

Came here and ordered mcnugguts since I wanted to try their new sauce. Was told I couldn’t have it since I didn’t use the mobile app. Nowhere does it say on the app that you have to use it in order to get the sauce.

i went to micky ds and there was no one behind me and they told me to go park in the front!?! then 10 seconds later i got my food. when i got home i looked at my order and i asked for a cheeseburger ketchup only and they put onions on there . i don’t

Slowwww drive thru. They ALWAYS forget the sauce! Everything is put together poorly and inconsistent. 2 burritos both different shape and size! Burgers are messy and slapped together, poorly too!

I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED FOR NOT BEING SERVED AND AFTER CHECKING MY BANK THEY STILL CHARGED ME AFTER THE REFUSED TO SERVE ME BC INPULLED UP TO WINDOW AFTER WAITING PATIENTLY AT SPEAKER BEING IGNORED! Watched another car pull up to the second speaker have order taken and was served MINUTES AFTER I HAD PULLED UP AND REACHED OUT TO SEE IF ANYONE WAS WORKING PATIENTLY AND KINDLY!!!! I LIVE UP THE ROAD I WAS A REGULAR HERE NEVERRRRRR AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Iwent to Silas McDonald’s. I waited at the speaker for a couple minutes I had a code. Nobody answered. I reached out somebody else pulled up to the other speaker, and they took their order ignored me. I pulled up. They told me that they were going to refund my order, because I had an attitude told me that it wasn’t first come first serve - that’s funny if I was at the counter, you wouldn’t take the order of the person behind me would you? I’ve been living in Rocky Hill for a few years. This place is always disappointing. The food is always cold, undercooked and sucks. I will never come here again I highly recommend driving to Cromwell Shunpike.
