Slow service was expected, but the food was always decent. Being disrespected, sworn at and screaming because we tried to add an item to our dinner order was a new experience tonight. If you enjoy watching a grown man throw a tempter tantrum in the middle of a crowded restaurant, head on down. I'm just thankful my child wasn't there to watch it.

food is good nuevo italian plus non italian entrees family owned restaurant which used to have original place in glastonbury. consolidation took place. rocky hill now is only location. new additions to restaurant in past 5 yrs inc sm bar and tables w/high chairs. modern decor fit for a date. dessert display case exhibits cakes and nice varied italian..not sorbet but..ive forgotten. prices are in keeping with locals such as DiNovellis and Rudys if Little Italy here in town..but the latter being old world traditional places..which personally i prefer. This bldg is set in small plaza only containing Webster Bank. We have many 3-8 merchant plazas along Cromwell Ava aka Rt 3 in Rocky Hill. Ok ive saved worse for last. For yrs Pazzos has had issue in Summer if what feels like..no A/C. They dont own bldg as its not standalone. Their ovens arent separated by a wall and air cond system in ceiling tho well built for tons of outlets n tubes doesnt put out enough air. When you ask waiter abiut it..they will share vebtilation vs air conditioner strength. Sadly its enough to see you get up and walk out and i see less n less folks there. there is outdoor seating under umbrellas but if its 85-90s in CT..and you dont like sweating into your food..you leave. Id like to say theres a plus side to Summer dining but cant. Best thing is..eat outdoors on later cooler evenings..youre clothes n hair will smell fresher too as brick oven and reg ovens run simultaneously cooking wings pizzas panini grinders while tosding up puttanesca to the right over gas stove top. im gonna guess those 2 create too much heat together. other issue is..air conditioning unit outdoors should be strongest one you can buy since high ceilings and air emanate from ceilings...

We came by for dinner and I was pretty happy with the place. It's a little loud with the live music but not deafening. We got cheesy garlic bread to start, which was very good (better than the starter bread which was fine). I got the puttanesca with sausage, which was a bit spicy and very good. I also tried a bite of the garlic four cheese pizza which tasted very similar to the garlic bread (no complaints here). The service was a bit slow but it was pretty crowded. I'm definitely happy to return in the future.

Food and service are always great, but if you're ordering takeout and a guy answers you will want to double check your order before you head home.

Traveling from Vermont to Long Island, quick off and on from highway! Great service, appetizers. The entrees were good, spaghetti with clam sauce excellent the sausage and rigatoni was a little bit too salty.
