We were having a graduation party for my daughter and we weren't sure what to do for food. My wife found Pete online. We hoped it would be good. based on his reviews He showed up an hour before the guests to setup, and got to work. He gave us a sample and I knew immediately we made the right choice. He setup and served our guests, and happily chatted with several of them. We ordered a pig, mac & cheese, beans, salad, and cornbread. Everyone loved the food. We brought 50 to go containers, and could have used more. The only thing we ran out of was cornbread; everyone had several pieces. Even after everyone brought food home, we went home with plenty of leftovers for ourselves. My guests commented on how great the food was, and what a nice guy Pete was. I would DEFINITELY use him again for another event. I ate pork leftovers for a week and never got tired of them. I can't say enough about good things about him!

Had a retirement reunion picnic with 80 people. First time having a Pig Roast and I must say Pete was fantastic the food was really really good. Had enough to feed 200 people. Pete and his helper were extremely good. They served everyone and even went around to see if anyone wanted more and brought it to them. I absolutely use them again.

Pete did a pig roast for my grandparents 65th anniversary party we had ages ranging from 1-85 years old attend and every single person raved about how amazing the food was! Everything was amazing from the mains to the sides it was perfect for our event and the kids got a kick out of Pete dressing up the pig head! They all loved it!

This is a truly professional butcher. Only uses top shelf meat products. Nice guy who is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. He takes great pride in making great steak and he really knows his stuff!Also, you're going to like the corn bread... We had a Hog Roast fundraiser for the West Hartland Volunteer Fire Department. We had originally booked it with a different caterer who bailed on us a week before the hog roast. I called Pete on a very short notice and he jumped through hoops to make sure the Hog roast went on without any problems. The health department came out and inspected all his equipment and food which passed with no problems. Pete was professional and the food was great. Thanks to Pete for saving us last minute.
