Ordered and ice chai latte with oat milk here just a little but ago.. and then was handed a warm drink. Said oh I’m so sorry this was supposed to be iced. Then they said okay.. and took it back. Later they came to the window and tried to blame me for my drink being wrong? I don’t like being belittled for something that was not my fault and for just ordering something off their menu. Will not be returning to this location— next time you get an order wrong instead of trying to blame the customer please just say I’m sorry and make it right? I don’t need a speech about how you think I only said tea and the explanation of what a chai tea is. Also when they “fixed it” it tasted awful and now I’m out $8 because apparently me ordering something off the menu with just oat milk is an issue 😞

The drive through person was rude. Didn't even acknowledge could be very well that she was racist. Because I'm a person of color and she is white with blond hair and blue eyes. So I'm gonna assume that she's a racist and that she just had a problem serving a person a color because she didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't even say thank you or hello. Nothing practically just threw the bag with the cake pop at me.

Came here as a walk-in on Aug. 27 at 8am and was told one espresso machine was down and there would be a 15 minute wait for my drink, which is fine. 25 minutes later, I asked where my drink was in the queue — they told me it would be 30 minutes minimum because they hadn’t processed the drink order yet. Meanwhile, there were drinks waiting on the counter that were waiting there longer than me. A terrible experience.

Has a drive thru and a nice large indoor sitting area. They gave me a small cup of milk for my toddler as well which he loved and felt special drinking his "coffee" with us

We visited this location on 10/2/23 @11:30am. I was getting my birthday treat. We asked for an ice water after waiting for 10 minutes for the car in front of us. The “rude” girl at the window was obviously overwhelmed, and took out on us. “Next time order your water at the speaker”…..really….thanks for everything. If you can’t handle two cars on the drive thru maybe look for a job with less pressure.
