Ordered my drink online and had a pretty confusing experience. At the call box, the person taking the order kept saying things like “ok they are still working on your drink,” which left me wondering if I should pull off or pull up. Honestly, it felt no different from someone just ordering right at the call box, so what’s the point of ordering ahead online? Then at the window, they asked for the names again, which added to the frustration. The drink itself was just okay.
My go-to! I live within two miles of four total locations, this is the best imo. Service is exceptional and I am not in agreement with other reviews regarding the service at this location. I have been a patron for 2.5 years and am always greeted with smiles and warmth! The staff are very professional and BUSY, yet still manage to make sure folks are satisfied and out the door quickly. As an employer, I value their dedication, service, and refinement, even on those frigid January...
