I just want to share my experience… I’m a store manager at a store in Rockyhill…… I had a horrible car accident last year which left my leg mangled and I’m now, after four surgeries within a year, now need a total knee replacement , yes I am back at work but being on my feet for 8 plus hours is painful and I swell really bad ….. so today after a nine plus hour shift I was swollen, in pain and just over my day….. I pulled up to the curb to your store so I didn’t have to stand to cook dinner and your employees as soon as I walked in noticed what I was going through. They told me to sit (which I brushed of and did not ) but just the fact they noticed I was going through something made me think…… they appreciated me being there and I wasn’t a burden to another order they had to do…… both of the associates we amazing compassionate and quite frankly down right amazing !!!!! If you need any more info you can reach me at Goodwill at 80 town line rd in Rockyhill . Your associates, blew me, a store manager out of the water with how friendly and welcoming they were. I appreciated that when I needed it the most. Thank you

I’ve had take out at least a dozen times from this location and never had any problems. The food has always been good and the staff is friendly. I decided to order online using the app for the first time. I ordered a six inch sweet onion chicken teriyaki and asked for 50 percent extra meat and extra lettuce, extra cucumber, and a little spinach. The amount of chicken didn’t seem any different than the regular amount and I had barely any vegetables! I’ve had a stomach ache since eating and I feel nauseated.

I went to Subway with my boyfriend and my daughter at this location and these 2 teenage boys name Noah (forgot the other boys name) and manager was unprofessional!1. One of them was taking my order and I ask for a turkey sandwich and 2 foot long pretzels. The gave my sandwich to the customer that was paying before me and end up giving me 2 foot long cookies instead and claim that, that’s why I asked for!2.While they were fixing my order a few customers prior before me came in upset with the wrong order.3. They burnt my pretzel4. One of the boys proceeded rudely and said “move it, the other customer is trying to order”5. Two days later I called to complain and wanted a refund. A week later my refund never showed up in my account6. They were taking forever with my order on purposeThis is the worst service and we will never ever come back. Stop hiring teenagers the always screw everything up!

They were very quick at lunch today even with a long line and online orders
I ordered a tuna and spicy Italian. The tuna was fine.He put 4 full scoops of tuna, as he should. But the Hot Shot Italiano was absolutely terrible. First of all the bread was stale. Secondly the sandwich maker put less than a quarter pound of meat on the Hot shot Iltaliano. I know this for sure because I have been working in delis for 15 years. What he put on that sandwich was nowhere a quarter pound. The condiments appeared to be, and tasted as though they had not been refreshed in quite some time and were stale as well. That Hot Shot Italiano was easily the worst sandwich I have ever gotten from any Subway, or any other sandwich place that I can think and I will certainly will not be going back to this location any time soon. Especially if it's during the latter part of the night.

If you're looking for one of the few Subways in the area that accept coupons, you've come to the right place. This is probably the best Subway I've ever been too. Usually I have no expectations when it comes to fast food places, but this restaurant is always so nice and neat. The employees are very friendly. Even if you call them via the phone, which I've only had to do once, they treat you with the utmost kindness and answer any questions.Overall, I give kudos to the people that work here, the manager, and the store owner. Even if you order online, they take such good care of your order that in the year I've been strictly going to this particular restaurant, I have never had an order go wrong.

A place for a quick and easy meal! The store looks very clean and organized! The only issue is the Subway app did not let me order veggie Pattie (I am a vegetarian and the other choice for me is veggie delight) at this store. It seems the app has the same issue with a few other stores as well, even though the stores have it.As I brought this up with the store personnel, he suggested to order something else like grilled chicken but put a note in the instructions/comments block that I need a veggie Pattie instead. I’m not that okay with doing it as I don’t want any meat put in overlooking the instructions. Anyway, I can make little compromise to go with veggie delight.Vegetarian options: Veggie delite and veggie Pattie but veggie Pattie not coming up in the subway app for this store
