Honestly really disappointed, got a cake for my birthday back in September. Asked for lilac and burgundy, and the cake was light blue and brown half way. The decorations also lacked for what you pay. The flavor was good but was lacking filling and a guest found a piece of paper in their piece. This is the last year I will be able to enjoy a regular cake and I was so disappointed.

Just purchased from here for the first time and felt entirely uncomfortable. The sales associate appeared uncomfortable serving me or answering my questions about their selections in a way they weren’t uncomfortable with other ethnic groups who came after me. Perhaps treat all your customers as valued and deserving and not decide on their worthiness based on skin color. $50 lesson. Won’t return.

Recently had a bad experience at this bakery. I ordered a custom gluten free vanilla cake that I was very excited for and then highly disappointed. The cake was rock hard. All my guest did not like it. It was so dry and tasted old not sure if it’s because I ordered it to pick up after Thanksgiving. I went in person to file a complaint and spoke to the manger who was very unprofessional. She had said in order to get a refund the cake had to be uncut, how are you supposed to get a form of refund without tasting? I now have a trash bag of uneaten cake I’m happy to drop off! She also said that the cake was “moist” and that she could poke it with her finger, her finger must be made of steel. As a manger, you should have authority and quick thinking for a refund or a form of compensation. But nope, time to wait for the owner! Will never come back or recommend, disgusting! It was so embarrassing to serve my guest this.

Nothing hits better than a chunkie (chunky cookie) and a macaroon. If that's not enough, have them make you a BEAUTIFUL custom cake for your birthday, wedding, shower - you name it! Whatever you get, you will not be dissapointed.

Jenna assured us she could make a carrot cake for our daughter's 25th Anniversary. What she made was a spice cake with a very small sprinkling of bright orange carrots, just for color. Although the cake was delicious, it was not what we ordered. Very disappointed.

Jenna did a fantastic job with my sons baptism cupcakes! She was super easy to work with, professional, and knew exactly what we were looking for. We picked the flavors blueberry lemon, chocolate, and almond and by far the almond was the biggest crowd pleaser. I had family members saying they were the best almond cupcakes they’ve ever had. thanks jenna for making the day extra special 🩵

We've been customers since this bakery opened its doors, with business hours only three days a week. As advocates for local businesses, we've continued to purchase here—despite products that, in our experience, are often bland, heavy on butter, and, frankly, overpriced.
Unfortunately, customer service has declined over time. Our recent experience was particularly frustrating: a custom cake order, agreed upon in advance, was cancelled just 24 hours before the promised completion.
Supporting a neighborhood business shouldn’t mean compromising on consistency or reliability, especially at a premium price point. With Mozzicato right across the street, we sincerely hope this bakery reconsiders how it values long-term patrons.

I really wanted to love this bakery — the adorable themes, creative presentation, and wide selection initially had me excited. Unfortunately, the actual taste didn’t match the charm. I tried a variety of items, hoping each one would redeem the last, but sadly, they all had the same issue: an overwhelming, one-note flavor that just tasted like butter. No depth, no balance — just richness for the sake of richness.
It was genuinely disappointing, especially because the place clearly has potential. I hope they take some time to refine their recipes and focus more on flavor development. With a little more care and effort in the kitchen, this place could be as good as it looks.

Jenna and her team at the bakery did a wonderful job with our wedding cake. Before we ordered our cake, Sweets by Jenna prepared a thoughtful cake testing for us. The day of wedding cake was delicious and beautifully presented. May I add, it was gluten free and still came out moist. They brought our vision to life and it was a special part of our day. Thank you Sweets by Jenna for your patience, as we emailed back and forth to finalize the perfect design. We will definitely be ordering more sweets from your shop!

We ordered dozens of their version of a cake pop as well as personalized cookies for a bridal shower. The cake pops were fresh and delicious, simply decorated with drizzle and nonpareils. They were perfect. The cookies were too pretty to eat. Each and every dessert was flawless - all 12 dozen in total. Not one bad looking treat! The cookies were so beautiful, we asked for them to be individually wrapped and the bride-to-be handed them out as favors. The staff is all friendly as well!

Wanted to support a local business and was not disappointed! Probably one of my favorite buttercream frostings. Light, fluffy, sweet but not too sweet! Got a confetti cupcake, an oatmeal cream pie (those cookies are so yummy), a Reese’s cookie which was fantastic and a buttercream cookie (both frosting and cookie was delicious, the cookie was a little too soft for me, I think I was expecting a harder cookie but also that’s a personal preference) which was also great!
