The workers talk over you and try to rush you when ordering, the food was cold, the nachos tasted like they were fried in old or bad oil. Then the soda which I didn’t think they could mess up, tasted flat and disgusting. This establishment should look into finding a better supervisor. Clearly they aren’t doing their job right. Just go through all the negative reviews, not one response from the owner or a supervisor.

Always a terrible experience here, especially at night. Workers who don't care if they mess up your food, and don't attend to customers waiting for the lobby at the counter. Literally always a problem here. Don't bother. may I add a couple months ago I went in with my partner and they didn't have tortilla to make burritos but they did have tortillas to make a crunchwrap Supreme? Which made no sense at all. I understand that they may be busy sometimes but tonight my partner was there next to a customer who's been waiting just as long as them. They literally bonded over having to wait there for a good minute to even wait to be attended.

This is the most bizarrely incompetent fast food restaurant I have ever come across. I am going to skip past annoying but at least somewhat understandable things, like waiting 15 minutes in the drive through while barely moving and ultimately just driving away because I have no idea how long I'll have to wait there. I'm going to focus instead on the things that are so bizarre they make me wonder if I'm actually in a sitcom.The last time I went, they were out of beef. Just no beef, at all, which of course means no tacos... at *Taco* Bell. I cannot imagine why a taco restaurant would not order enough taco ingredients to get them through the day.Went just now, and they said "apologize for the inconvenience, but our system is down so we can't take orders." Can't take any orders or give you any food, but they're still open, so their sole business now is just announcing they can't give you any food.This has to be a money laundering front. There is no way this place is actually is actually making enough money for upkeep and employees if it's not selling food, so this is the only explanation.

Employees choose to close location whenever they feel like it. Had it happen twice where I placed a mobile order, account was charged the $$. But when I arrived to the restaurant, the person at the speaker said the restaurant was closed but provided no real reason why AND that I would have to manually cancel my order through the app. Seems like the employees are scamming the company and not doing any work while they say the restaurant is "closed".

Been to this location bc it close by. Over the last 5 times my food has been made incorrectly each time, paying for things I don’t receive, and the food is always cold. I don’t understand! Never going back again. Mark my words… this place will be closed within a year!

Very confused, my purchase was $13.85. Had to leave without food because the cashier couldn't possibly take a $50. How is it a taco bell chain on a Friday afternoon in August doesn't have $37 in the draw? It's only one $20 , one $10, one $5 and couple singles.

This specific location has already messed up a couple times. First incident I paid for something online, I get there to pick it up they were out so they replaced it with only 1 itemWhich wasn’t worth the same thing I paid for. Today I place a mobile order ,the person tells us to drive up and the person was on their personal phone and gave us our drinks then disappeared for like 20 minutes, didn’t say pull upTo the front to wait or anything just left us waiting there. She finally comes out and says that she was all alone when there was someone else working with her. I understand if it would have been busy but we were literally the ONLY car in the drive thru that whole time and the restaurant wasn’t busy inside at all either. I get home and the main item wasn’t in the bag, was also missing another item.

I guess I've been lucky visiting the places that I do because I don't usually have negative reviews to post but this is unacceptable!I was super excited to grab a quick bite after not visiting Taco Bell for years! I ordered a single soft taco supreme in the drive thru. When I opened my food after arriving at my destination, I was appalled, disgusted and extremely disappointed to see a long black hair entangled inside!
