I have been coming here for years and I have always loved it. However, it seems everytime I go lately something in my order is missing, including today. I feel the kiosks lead to increased errors/missing items. I now check my meal in my car before I leave, and I inevitably find something is missing.

Great go-to salad place for us. Been to the Glastonbury location as well as this one. This one has cool touch screens so you can take your time making your salads. Always leave feeling full and satisfied!

I’ve been going to The Salad Bar for years and have never had an issue. But I went tonight and it was a disappointing experience. I didn’t enjoy having to use the kiosk. And because of this new method of ordering, I didn’t watch the gal making my wrap; I sat at a table and waited until it was ready. I ordered a custom wrap - essentially, a chicken Caesar salad wrap. I ordered Romaine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, croutons, shaved Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. When I got home, I discovered that the chicken was missing and there were red and green peppers. I double checked the receipt in case I had made a mistake (omitted the chicken or accidentally added peppers), but I didn’t. I didn’t mind the peppers, but what if I had an allergy? Not good. Probably won’t be going back any time soon.

This place used to be amazing, forgot all my dressing, rude staff. This place went down hill fast.
Every time I order to go from this location, they forget something in my salad. Today, it was my chicken. It's literally the protein I needed. Usually, it's the bread or a topping. Come on, get it together, and read the orders. It is so frustrating. And no, I did not go back because I don't live that close. It happened to be on my way home.

The salad was delicious; everything about it (I ordered the full California Cobb w/ raspberry vinegarette & grilled chicken; $17 out the door) worth every dollar. Large portion with high-quality ingredients. Quick meal; in & out in 10 minutes. Service was also excellent. As busy as they were, they took the time out of preparing the meals to answer my question. I’m going back to try the wraps!
