Ordered from Door dash. Paid the expedited delivery. Burger is burnt. Fries are tasteless. No salt. Nothing like paying $20 for a burger and fries (plus delivery and tip) for it to suck. This chain in Rocky Hill seems to be slowly slipping. New owners or manager not sure but the last time I was there it wasn’t great either. Guess I’m done here.

We've all made burgers at home many times The homemade burgers are better than McDonald's or the other food chain hambuger right? Yes ! But a Way back burger ..A way Way way back in the days burger that's what we have here. The Aroma oh Forona Corona. The place is clean the decor is amazing the food is gorgeous yeah I said good looking. My wife and I stopped in for what we figured would be a quick and cheap dinner, were we wrong. Our burgers took well over 20 mins. We ordered at 6:02 and at 6:28 we still hadn't received our food. Food was ok. Pretty basic burger and toppings but what really threw me off was the bun. When I picked up my burger the bun was ice cold and as I started eating it, the bun just fell apart. Seems like they get in everything frozen and nothing is fresh other than the produce. A basic burger costs around $11 however once you add sides you are quickly looking at another $6-8 which makes those cheap eats around $18 which you'd pay at a sit down restaurant and have a better fresher burger. Dining area was small, dirty and disorganized as there were two or three ketchup and mustard bottles on some tables and none on others, same with salt and pepper shakers. It just seems like with frozen bread, time of service and the condition of the dining area, they just don't care, so why should I? I won't be back

Saw this place on Google. Burgers are ok. Didn't find nothing special. Meat was a little over cooked and cheese was not melted. Also had the Chilli cheese fries, I was disappointed. Over all this place is okay.

Burger was pretty good. I built my own so that I could have a single patty. Tots were okay, needed salt. The girls at the next table said I should have ordered the fries. ? Prices seem pretty reasonable

We haven't been there since they stopped their Tuesday specials/BOGO, and changed hands. The only good thing I can say is how patient the order stalker was over the phone. The onion rings were cold and soggy. The Classic burgers were warm, not hot. I placed the order, waited 10 minutes, then drove there, about 3 minutes away. Everything, if it had just been made, should have been very hot. Very disappointed.
