3:25 pm 12/12 guy actually raised his voice to me in the drive-thru and said "speak up, you're mumbling".
I had the worst experience at Dunkin' that I've ever had. The drive-thru staff could not understand my order. When I reached the window, I tried to clarify my order with the attendant, but even in person, they struggled to understand my simple request for two coffees: one blended vanilla coffee and one black coffee. It took 10 minutes to get my drinks, and to make matters worse, they gave me two of each coffee instead of just one of each. I noticed that four cars left the line while I was waiting. To top it all off, the coffee was terrible.

I have been waiting in drive through for over 10 minutes with only 3 cars in line. There in there messing around playing games and not doing There jobs. I bet my food will be cold and my coffee won't be rite. Now it's 15 minutes in line. This is crazy . I will never come here again.

Waited 10 minutes to order then drove to window to place order. One medium hot coffee and two regular donuts...$7 and change. Bad attitude at window. I have been stopping once or twice a week. Never again!

Two days in a row our order was incorrect. Coffee with cream and sugar was black, pumpkin spice latte no pumpkin. They argue, don’t apologize and they are slow. No attention to detail, poor customer service. I don’t know how this location makes a profit.

I consistently receive my order incorrectly, if I receive it at all. They will let you place a mobile order and have the location listed as open, just for you to drive there and find it closed at 12:30 on a Thursday.
*UPDATE* After calling the customer service 3 separate times about a refund on the order I finally received an email from this location apologizing and giving me a $15 gift card. MY ORDER WAS $22.38 AFTER USING MY REWARDS POINTS. I had to call customer service a fourth time, just for them to refund the remaining amount to my card. Not only is their communication on being open (or having items available) non-existent, but they also don’t have the integrity to give a person a full refund. A $15 gift card, really Dunkin? I could have just been given a full refund to the card that I originally used, but even when apologizing for stealing a customer’s money you can’t help but rip them off even more. And they wonder why this location is so poorly rated. I am a Salem local, but myself and others are literally afraid to place an order here because of how often issues like this occur. Just close down and allow a reputable franchise to operate.
I go to this location every morning before work. I don’t know what’s been going on there over the past 3 months but my coffee is wrong every day. Tastes disgusting, they forget to add my sweetener. I will start going to a different location.

This location is usually short staffed so expect a long, long wait. The employees are very courteous and the reason I am a repeat customer. Despite being short staffed, they do a great job at fulfilling orders and are courteous. One time, a very pleasant girl, was all alone running in store and drive up staying steadily busy and it was her second day.

This place sucks! Out of bagels at 8:30am? No large cups? Out of donuts? No seats to avoid a public restroom!! This could be the worst Dunkin ever!!! Just close it no point in being open!!!

You standard dunkin. Since the remodel and new hires, I have grown to love this location. They haven't once messed up my orders and are always so kind to me. Also, some people could learn a lesson that being friendly and kind to your local workers, they will remember you and always smile to you.

Got a muffin that was horribly uncooked in the center…. Not the first time I’d had problems here. Will never be going back. This place is slow and disgusting.
