I pass 4 dunkins on my way to work and this is one I order from. Every day. Once in a while the delivery is late so they run out, but thats s bigger supply chain problem. The staff is always polite at a minimum and usually cheerful.
Horrible location, can't even make a coffee right. Very lazy, if you come anytime in the last 2 hours of operation they make excuses for not making food or straight up close the ovens early. Just go to a different Dunkin.

It is a Dunkin like all other Dunkins for its food and drink, but maybe less variety than some bigger branches. This one has no customer seating, just standing tables and bars I think this is so it isn't classified as a restaurant, and thus it is ok that it has no public restrooms.
The staff when we visited were friendly and helpful. Thanks.
It gets a lot of drive-through traffic, which sometimes blocks parking, including one handicap space.

This place is a hole, run down, slow service, not the cleanest. Just got a coffee, and took some time. They have an excellent location at rt85 & 11, only reason they're operating.

Every time I go in here, it’s an issue. I don’t know why I try anymore. Try ordering ahead on the mobile app. You would think everything would be ready and smooth. Never the case. And for the record day, they have no idea how to make an ice macchiato. They tried to serve me chocolate syrup over melted ice. It was disgusting.
