Good menu, good service, nice selection of slices to go

Stopped in for a late snack. We got four different pizza slices … all DELICIOUS.
Quick and pleasant service at the counter. This is pizza like I used to get as a kid in my old Italian neighborhood in NY. That’s the highest praise I can give it!

Just stop by for a few slices. I had the vodka pie. It was outstanding and there was so much chicken on the buffalo chicken. It was falling off amazing.

We are from Massachusetts and we were in the area and decided to stop. OMG!! I’m glad we did!! The pizza was phenomenal. The crust, the sauce, the cheese EVERYTHING!!! it was perfection. We tried a couple of different slices and they were all delicious. The service was even better!! The owner and the rest of the staff were super welcoming and friendly. We are a big family of 8 and he made sure to make us feel comfortable asking the server to rearrange the table for us. She was super sweet as well. Definitely coming back

Gino’s is amazing! After many failed attempts to find a go-to pizzeria after moving from NY. I’m so happy I found Gino’s. The food is delicious, fresh and has been very consistent each time I order. The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Eat in or take out we love the food here. Found my go-to pizza place! Tastes just like NY pizza !

Delicious authentic New York Pizza! No place other than New Haven are you going to eat a delicious NY style pizza in CT. The Cheese and sauce they use are flavorful and natural. No sugars or other ingredients to mask the flavor. We met an owner Tommy today who was polite and kind and gave us good conversation. A hidden gem in Sandy Hook! Quaint eat in or outside areas. I am hooked now for this pizza. Its superb!

I love this place. My family and I have tasted almost every pizza parlor in Upper Fairfield County, and this is our Favorite. It's an extra ten minute drive, but its worth the investment.

From the Plain pies, to the gourmet pizzas, the "bomb" slices, and rolls/calzones. We enjoy it all

I've never been here, but I ate an edible, and my friend sent me the attached photo of flooding currently happening in CT (8/18/24). I found the subway in the picture on Google maps and was poking around on street view. That is where I saw the $1.99 bacon egg and cheese deal from the Sandy hook deli. I'm a big fan of breakfast sanwhich deals and wanted to see if I could make a day trip to try it. The photo was from 5 years ago so I also wanted to see how much the price had increased. Sadly, it seems the deli closed and was replaced by this business. Looked at the menu, and there is no bacon egg and cheese. If they ever put one on the menu, someone let me know, and I'll come buy one and change my food rating based on how good it is.

Searching for the perfect Sicilian slice? Get to Gino's!!
All the other pizzas looked awesome,too but we have been
searching for real Sicilian slices. ( Just as good as our favorite LI Gino's pizzeria)
