Just tried TexMex Fusion at the Seymour Pumpkin Fest (CT) this weekend and absolutely loved it! My boyfriend and I shared a steak, pork belly and chicken taco plate and enjoyed so much we went back for a second round! Churros were also delicious. 10/10 we recommend!

I was at a festival at Shelton river walk, of all the food trucks there I decided on this one and i’m so glad I did, the chicken tacos were not only delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the food is fresh and cooked to order. I highly recommend this place and if it takes a few extra minutes be patient, it’s worth the wait.

Oh My God! (Ay Dios mío!) Finally checked this food truck out today and I am so glad I did. Ordered the 3 Tacos (Carnitas). It was raining and the chef /owner was kind enough to bring it to my car when it was done. This was unnecessary, but I appreciated the gesture. I drove 5 miles home and ate them in my driveway. After I finished, I drove back 5 miles because I had just had to tell the chef that..."Not only was this the best Mexican food I have ever had, it was some of the best food I have ever had, period." I was blown away. They were absolutely perfect. You can taste it when someone cares about the food they prepare. Simple, fresh and delicious. $15.00 for the 3 tacos and worth every penny. Check it out. No need to drive to Long Wharf or Chipotle anymore for me.
