Was actually excited to try tacos from here at the Southington Apple festival this weekend, however it was very disappointing! The girl taking our order seemed as if she was rushing us after the fact we were told they ran out of a menu item so we had to pick something else. Toppings were placed in one spot making the presentation awful. Flavor was ok, nothing to WOW over, food was room temperature. I usually take photos of food I try and spread the word but these didn’t even get on my camera roll. Sadly disappointed

Had the biria tacos and churros from Tex Mex Fusion in Milford absolutely amazing. Tacos were super juicy and loaded with flavor, and that dipping broth was next level. Churros were soo good. Honestly one of the best food trucks I’ve tried. Definitely the first place I’m going to if I’m in the area again.

Bought a chicken burrito at the farmers market. It was huge and might have been good if there was chicken in it. It should have been called a rice burrito since it was 95% rice. Yuk!

Hired the truck for a party. Benny was excellent. The food does take a minute to cook, but its fresh and tastes great! I also grab lunch when I see him parked on Rt 67. Really good flavor and quality!

Just tried TexMex Fusion at the Seymour Pumpkin Fest (CT) this weekend and absolutely loved it! My boyfriend and I shared a steak, pork belly and chicken taco plate and enjoyed so much we went back for a second round! Churros were also delicious. 10/10 we recommend!

I was at a festival at Shelton river walk, of all the food trucks there I decided on this one and i’m so glad I did, the chicken tacos were not only delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the food is fresh and cooked to order. I highly recommend this place and if it takes a few extra minutes be patient, it’s worth the wait.
