This is a gem of a spot in Seymour!! Their food is top notch excellent and they have utterly delicious vegan options! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the portions are just right. My partner said it’s the best breakfast burrito he’s ever had in Ct. I got a vegan soyrizo sandwich and was also blown away. An old roadside diner that has taken a new direction for breakfast. The standard fare is there with a southwestern and Mexican flair. A small place with limited seating but worth the wait.Parking: Town municipal lot right next to the shop. Free parking.
