This is a gem of a spot in Seymour!! Their food is top notch excellent and they have utterly delicious vegan options! Prices are incredibly reasonable and the portions are just right. My partner said it’s the best breakfast burrito he’s ever had in Ct. I got a vegan soyrizo sandwich and was also blown away. Can’t WAIT to go back and try more of their dishes - everything that came out of the kitchen looked bangin! The owners are friendly and outgoing. I’d just be aware the space is quite small so seating is limited - more of an issue if you’re wanting to bring a group on a weekend.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian but more importantly VEGAN options.

An old roadside diner that has taken a new direction for breakfast. The standard fare is there with a southwestern and Mexican flair. A small place with limited seating but worth the wait.Parking: Town municipal lot right next to the shop. Free parking.

Wow! What a breath of fresh air! Kind staff, attentive without being overbearing. Amazing coffee. I had the churro French toast- perfect! Love the touch of melted butter in the maple syrup- stealing that tip for home. thanks for a great start to our day!

Wow. I mean really, wow! We ordered churro French toast and a birria omelette. When I picked it up it was the wrong order. When I called they immediately remade my order for us and told us to keep the wrong order, a carnitas bowl and a cheeseburger. When I left to pick up the correct order, my daughter had broken into the carnitas bowl and was seriously impressed with how tasty and well made it was. Churro French toast was possibly the best French toast we have ever had. The birria omelet - also just mind blowingly good. And finally the burger was massive and delicious. We can't wait to be regulars here.

Cool update on a tiny mom & pop restaurant that had been around forever. They have all the regular stuff plus some Mexican inspired dishes. Waitresses are friendly & attentive. Stop in and try it!

This place is over the top good! The food is amazing. Had very, very good, taco platter, tried three different kinds of tacos. My partner had huevos rancheros. Ridiculously good. We also had the guac and homemade chips. Excellent! The decor is also a real treat. They have really brought the old details back to their glory. Do not miss this place. Service was just as good as the food.

The only problem you'll have here is deciding between all the delicious choices I came here for the first time with a friend and we ordered the Churro French Toast, Avocado Toast, and the Birria Omelette. Everything was so good.if you aren't a fan of sweets though I would opt for regular French toast as the Churro is more of a dessert! The Birria omelette was definitely the star of the show though I couldn't stop raving about it. The ladies who were working were welcoming and our food came out quickly. The diner itself is soo cute and cozy with a very old school diner meets trendy. I will definitely be back to try more from here!

Got the breakfast burrito and the churro french toast. The burrito was EASILY the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever eaten, the refried beans were absolutely fantastic and the provided hot sauce went extremely well with it. I am not a fan of french toast personally, but my girlfriend ordered it and I tried a bite and I must say I am definitely a fan now! Must visit spot in Seymour for sure.
