I placed an order through slice for a large pizza and a garlic bread with cheese. I asked for the bread to be WELL-DONE. When it arrived it was anything but. I reached out to customer service, they in turn needed to call the restaurant directly.The representative spoke with the manager of Artans, who said that this is well done and if I wanted it cooked more I should've asked for "crispy".At least the pizza was edible.
