I was extremely disappointed. I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches. I ordered the chicken sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, Philly melt cheesesteak bagel, and a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak melt. The Philly looked great. My true issue is with the Buffalo chicken one. As you can see from the picture it is nothing but slices of deli meat, 2 to be exact. When you day Buffalo chicken cheese melt, I am thinking shredded chicken not deli meat. I ended up eating the bagel with whatever I could salvage of the cheese with the ranch and hot sauce. Definitely a disappointment for what I paid.

The best breakfast sandwich in town. Bagels are a 7/10 but an egg sandwich on the bagel makes it fantastic.

Great flavors to choose from. Each bagel is so flavorful and the breakfast sandwiches are top notch. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good.

Been a frequent (happy) customer since they opened over a year ago.First off, the ownership and customer service is great. Very friendly and helpful. Always welcomed with a smile and a friendly greeting.Secondly, the bagels are great. They have the perfect balance of being chewy, yet light and not dense like most in the area. Their spreads are tasty as well (try the honey sriracha on a sesame.)Highly recommend the “Hot Pastrami” and “The Lox” from their menu. Both are loaded with high quality pastrami and salmon with the right amount of accompaniments. These guys love what they do and it shows.Kid-friendliness: Nice rotation of sweet bagel options and specials

I stopped by this place not too long ago ad I was hungry and needed to eat something quick for breakfast, found this place on the road, stopped by and must say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick, the place was clean and nice inside. I got a simple bagel w cream cheese, and was not disappointed, bagels were on the huge side and they did not skimp on the cream cheese. Bagels were toasty on the outside and soft on the inside. I like the bagels that you can bite through and are not so solid that is like eating rubber. Can't have an opinion on other types of sandwiches, but for me, it did the job.

Had the Shelton. Very good, but very messy and way too much happening on this bagel. Next time I would probably skip either the sauce or the avocado, both just make the sandwich fall apart. Good otherwise.

It's close to home, we've given it a try a few times. Unfortunately, it's just not for me. The everything bagels seem to be overcooked with burnt "everything" topping, some of bagels sort of just don't have a taste, and while I do wish they would offer regular bacon in addition to the Turkey bacon I probably wouldn't get an egg sandwich here again, there's always a strange oily flavor. Maybe it's what they use on the grill but it seems like the bagel is soaked in it when we order egg sandwiches and it's really not a great taste. I love that they use real egg but our last sandwiches (& final visit) had very large chunks of egg shell: it was a week day morning, no one else in the shop, no reason to rush. The shells make me feel like the people handling the food are a little too careless. It looks like they've got a lot of very good reviews so clearly people do like them but there are a lot of very good places in the area for people to choose from, I think it they want to last in that location, they need to make some improvements. I wish them well.

Southern Central Connecticut has a dearth of authentic bagel options but this place offers hope! The bagels tasted authentic but also I appreciated the subtle unique flavor of the otherwise mostly traditional flavors. They’re working hard to be local but also true to what a NY bagel should be. I look forward to coming back.

My first (and certainly not last) visit to a great bagel shop. Bagels are freshly made daily on premises. John the owner was extremely helpful. I can’t wait to return.
