Just picked up a bakers dozen of bagels. Walked in and immediately felt the positive energy of the employees and was greeted with a friendly Good Morning! Everyone was very helpful, transaction was quick and the bagels - well, they’re Bruegger’s - always delicious !

Customer service 5 stars! Sara was so friendly and welcoming and gave me some good recommendations since it was my first time there! The place was clean when I went in there they have a wide variety of flavors for bagels and cream cheese spreads. So I went out of my comfort zone and got something I don't normally get and it was a 2.5/5 for me I got the brisket breakfast sandwich with a cheesy hash brown bagel. I loved the bagel itself honestly. I would most definitely try other options that they have and try other bagels!

Can no longer order bagels in front of the bagels counter you’ll have to order them off a list at the register and then the person at the register gets all confused. I asked to cut bagels person register said OK picked up bagels. They were not cut I made the other person cut them And she was not very happy And neither was I with the whole process and her attitude
Love places with awesome signature sandwiches! My breakfast sandwich was really good! I got the farmhouse and it was tasty! Great service and place looked clean! Planning on getting a different signature sandwich for lunch!

Great again! For a chain to be so consistent with great staff is impressive. The same person I wrote about in a previous review was working today around 12PM. I believe her name is Sarah. She is a community builder! While efficiently multitasking and have friendly banter with her coworker she was engaging every customer in the most genuine and welcoming way. I did try something new. The Vermonter with a wheat everything bagel was delicious and piping hot as always. When I travel for work this place feels like visiting my friends house.l for a quick bite.
