I LOVE this location. The manager is always happy and smiling and makes you feel welcomed. She remembers guest by name as well so that is a plus. All employees make my sandwich perfect every time. When I do catering for my morning meetings sometimes, this is my go to place.

Bagels are good but they charge $4.29 for a 12oz orange juice which kinda caught me off guard. At that price you are better off picking up a whole carton and half a dozen bagels at the grocery store.Vegetarian options: Your vegetarian option is limited too plain bagel

No lox. We ordered 12 bagels and 2 of them were uneatable. The remaining 10 were okay.
Today we visit our favourite spot for bagels and service was amazing same as their freshly baked bagels! Great service from Cameron and the team on the counter keep up the smiles and quality.
They run out of some of the favorite bagels quite often. The bagels are fresh and tasty and I just wish they had more of the ones I want.Excellent service

Not sure what’s going on there but I placed an order at 11:15 that was still being prepared (via DoorDash) at 12:29pm. Subsequently cancelled and I’m still hungry:( Could be DoorDash, could be Brueggers but very unlikely to be a repeat customer.
Watched the person making my food take payment from another customer, then turn around and start handling my food without washing hands or changing gloves. This is unacceptable, I threw my food right in the garbage and left. I will not be back as I do not want food poisoning from improper handling. This is food safety 101.

Waited roughly 20 minutes in line. Ordered 2 everything bagels not toasted with cream cheese. Stood at the counter and watched 5 crafted bagels with eggs/bacon. All types of different variations from people behind me in line get finished and paid for while my bagel sat sliced on the prep area. Eventually a poorly prepared set of bagels was handed to me. Presented with the option to tip I chose $0...as that was more than enough to equate to the poor service. We will never be back to that location.

Was there this morning, and hadn't been in a long time, due to Covid, and not being in the area! The staff were all SO nice, the line moved quickly and my TWO bagels were phenomenal!! I will make it a point to add the app on my phone, and get there more often!!!
