The food was good, but the service was terrible. We waited 15 minutes for a waitress to finally take our order. She told us that she just got to work and no one told her she had customers waiting. It was another 18 minutes before out food arrived. The issue seems to be that the takeout orders are being filled with all available staff and no one is available to wait the tables. Management needs to address this before they lose more customers.

It was Sunday, about 3:30 it took about 15 minutes to be seated. 30 minutes to get our drinks brought over from the bar and we were sitting right there. 45 minutes we were still waiting for the appetizers that we ordered before the drinks and it hadn’t arrived! And the restaurant wasn’t even that crowded. Seriously, the managers need to take a look at what is not working here folks. We took our apps to go and left. Never again.

Hi we came in around 9pm on Sunday night and we had the very best waitress Micah unbelievably attentive friendly and a the best service possible. Micah if your lucky enough to get her you will be very happy cudos also to the manager Aniyah who we asked to speak too and let her know how happy we were and also spent minutes with and enjoyed her also recommend coming to see them both.Thank you !!

Were trying this place for the first time and reviews cant be for accurate. Went in and there's like 3 people waiting already. 1 is likely a food delivery guy that's already having a quite serious discussion with the front desk. After few minutes both the front desk and delivery guy went in back of the kitchen for some reason. After waiting for like 10 minutes, more people are piling up and front desk is no where to be found. It's also obvious that there's very few servers as the area is very open and we can only see at most 2 servers for the whole place. I still hope in the future that this location would still improve so me and my family can still enjoy good old buffalo wild wings.

I went there, there was no one at the front desk to receive you. I waited for 15 mins no one shows up. In fact the restaurant was totally empty. Service was really bad.

The best!!! As an extremely picky wing eater these are the best wings I’ve had in a really long time. Crispy hot and not breaded like most joints. The sauces are not my style but blue cheese was great.

Walked in m,gave my name, and grabbed and left. very quick service.

Had order of tator tots as well. Really good. I will be coming here again.

I have ordered from here a total of three times; every single time they mess the order up! The last time we ordered the tenders; got home to no tenders; when we called the manager said they ran out. Told me he would credit my card and never did. Do not recommend this place! Terrible service! Will try Milford next. Shelton is banned

Service is down right terrible! The few times I’ve been here, Walked in to no host at the front to assist waited quite awhile. Had to flag down staff to seat us.. then Waited 15+ minutes to even greet us at a table. Ordered a tray of wings and they were the smallest starved wings I’ve ever seen! What a joke. Server was no where to be found yet again. She finally appeared then laughed & said “I’m so sorry I forgot about you guys!” This Buffalo Wild wing location is a complete joke. Do better.

Every time I order online it it NEVER ready for the pick up time. Even on off hours. Usually a unmotivated person at the counter. The wings were just off. The sauce coating on them were very uneven. Some wings were drenched while others were not very. Just disappointed all around l. The sad thing is it seems to just be this location. I don't have these issues with other locations.

Every time I come here to pick up a delivery order, there is no one at the counter. Food is never ready. I have to chase down an employee and then it takes them 30-40 minutes to get my food! Absolutely ridiculous! This is supposed to be ready when we arrive, not a half hour later.

I don’t think they understand just how inconsiderate and abusive it is to delivery drivers to treat us like this. We don’t get paid for all the wasted time; we can’t just stand here waiting around for incompetent workers to make the food that was already supposed to be ready.

Additionally, there is a whole line of people behind me waiting to be seated, and waiting to pick up their orders! Where the hell is the hostess?? Where are the employees?? Where is the management?? Apparently non-existent!

This restaurant is one of the worst places to pick up orders from, to a point where I will decline them from now on. The owners clearly don’t care, as there are many complaints about the poor service here and it hasn’t been addressed.

Staff was friendly. We waited over an hour for two appetizers, that were mediocre at best. They were lukewarm and overpriced for the portion size. An order of fried pickles costs almost $11... I think that's about a dollar per pickle chip. 🙄
