The food was fine but the service was awful. Embarrassing honestly. Waitress didn’t seem like she even wanted to be there. She brought out the food and the first round of drinks. Checked on us like 20 minutes later and asked if we were all set. We were like no… we want another round. That took forever. Meanwhile she was not clearing the table at all so we had to put empty glasses and trays on the table next to us. Then when we said we’ll take boxes and the check, she takes another 20 minute and brings out the boxes and then asks if a we want checks….. and then takes another 20 minutes to get the checks and then she disappears so long that we had to ask another waitress if we could pay. Will never be back. Save yourself the time and energy and go to porkeys cafe for wings.

Location in Shelton, CT on Bridgeport Acenue is great. Food is good, service is good. And they always play a variety of sports (I like tennis!) So its nice its not all just football, baseball, and basketball.

Every time I come here to pick up an order, I have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to finish it. No matter when you arrive, no matter how crowded, prepare for excessive wait times that don’t make any sense. Usually there’s not even anyone at the front register and I have to hunt down an employee to go find the order.

I had dinner at this location after a LONG and hot day delivering with my coworker. My server Kallie was fantastic. We all became fast friends. My food was great as well. I only came in for a quick dinner and ended up staying for a while just for the laughs. Thanks for putting up with us (:

We came tonight for the Mets/Phillies game. Sat at the booth at the end of the bar. During commercials we watched Bartender Jon absolutely 💯 NAIL his job! He did everything.... ALONE. Without missing a beat. FLAWLESS. The food was Great (as always), and the Patron Margheritas were EXCELLENT (as always), but tonight?... tonight it was The Jon Show!! Bravo Jon! We see you and we appreciate you! ❤️

I wish there were a 0-star option for the staff at this location. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I always tip, but this time I just couldn’t. I honestly don’t understand how someone like that could be hired to work as a waiter. I live literally one minute from this location, but next time I’ll go to Milford instead.

Worst costumer service ever. It seems like the waiters are hiding from us because we can never get refills or sides, I ordered refills and never got it until I asked a second time. Some of us had unlimited wings and only ordered the first 15 because the waitress never came back to take more of our orders. They seem unhappy and make it seem like we are bothering them by ordering more things. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or if they just don’t care at all.
