With all these negative reviews about buffalo wild wings I was very hesitant to come for UFC fight night on Saturday but my dad insisted. All the workers were very welcoming and the boy at the front made sure we had a clean booth before we sat down. The atmosphere was amazing when the lights turned off I was in shock how much everyone was loving it. Our server Justice was very attentive towards us and she made sure we felt just at home, especially on a packed night like UFC Fight night. The food was great, and my dad loved their new Boozy Dunkin Cold Brew. Overall, 10/10 performance and I will definitely be coming back with the whole family this time.

I’ve come to Buffalo Wild Wings three times in a row and had a bad experience each time. I guess the third time really was the charm.
I’m currently 7 months pregnant and we decided to come back because I was craving it. After being seated, my party sat for 25 minutes with absolutely no server. No greeting, no drinks, nothing. A manager eventually came over and asked if we had been helped. When we told him no, he said he would find someone and walked away and never came back. Neither did a server.
Meanwhile, a table that was seated after us already had drinks and had placed their order while we were still waiting.
Not to mention, the last time we came, my spouse—who suffers from hypertension—bit into his burger and there was a huge ball of salt inside. When we informed the manager, he was very unapologetic and simply snatched all the food off our table with no remorse and no apology.
Overall, the service has been highly unprofessional and extremely disorganized. This “new” location honestly feels like a waste of space given how poorly it’s run. After three terrible experiences in a row, we will definitely not be returning.

We waited for close to an hour for wings and wedges and when we received them they were cold. They remade them and we waited another 35 minutes and they were also cold! We had to ask for utensils and dressings for the wings HORRIBLE

I am leaving a 2 star review because my husband who is a retired veteran was cussed at by an employee. We ordered wings in advance for the Super bowl and had to wait over an hour.
