I had that Thai milk tea. It was sweet and the tapioca balls were soft and fresh. My husband had to caramel mocha swirl and tasted exactly like coffee. The cashier was very nice. Parking was not an issue.

Clean establishment. Great customer service. Items are reasonably priced. Classic milk tea is delish—both hot and iced 😋 Would highly recommend!
Parking: Free street parking is available but limited. There is parking lot a few feet up the street where you can park for free.

Stopped in yesterday for my son's birthday as be loves boba and visited once before with his grandma. There was young lady working and she was the only employee. It took a little time to get our order but that was understandable and it was not a long wait at all. The drinks were great and while extra tapioca pearls are $1 they give you SO many. The atmosphere is nice and the store is well decorated. It's a nice space if youre hoping to take photos. We sat for a little while and in no way felt rushed. On the way out my son complimented her drinks saying "I like the way you make them!" And they exchanged some nice words. She even came from behind the counter to catch us and compliment my son's positive attitude with a BUG smile which he really appreciate and made a mark on his day. Please recognize this employee for doing her job + more AND making positive connections with your patrons. 5?

The boba is good! The cafe is beautiful. Only one compliant is the menu. Flashing menu on single TV is a bad idea. Just have menu on a wall.

Purchased a Local Flavor Groupon about 6 months ago as I was really interested in trying something new--especially from a local business. Took my family down and placed our order only to be told that they made a decision not to honor what was already sold. I let them know I purchased this song time ago and made a special trip today to use it but they could care less. I guess customer service is not a priority here
