I ordered the strawberry lemonade slush with strawberry boba. I went to my car and tried to poke a hole in the top and the cup busted open, all over me and my car. I went back in and asked if they can remake it at least and he told me he can’t and that he could only just put another cup over it. I really wanted to try it and it’s not like I asked for a refund. Now on top of me having to go home and deep clean my car and myself, I didn’t want to drink it just in case any plastic got into it. Very disappointed in the service.

Cups got so small.Sad..... 2 small strawberry shortcake bubble teas cost $ 16.00. No ice, whip cream, Graham cracker crust topping. Pure greed. Someone needs to open a bubble tea shoppe near by & actually give their customers a decent size cup. I won't be returning.

BEST BOBA DRINKS IN CT!! I’ve tried MANY around the state & country, love it here! Always come back. Taro boba has always been my favorite, great flavor unlike some other places that are watery. Thai is our second favorite, too bad they ran out tonight. Love their boba, it was the perfect texture when we had it every time.

Since they opened this place I always want to stop by and try their bubble tea. I came around noon place was quiet. I ordered the green apple fruit tea with mango topping. It was delicious. It was a combination of sweet and sour. I love sour things. Definitely I will recommend this place, specially in the summer with hot weather .

Lovely modern place, lots of delicious drink options. They do offer a small variety of baked goods. The few we sampled were delicious and fresh! Clean and well maintained. Workers are friendly! Would definitely recommend checking it out!

I ordered the Oreo slush we checked out and sat towards the back of the shop. I looked over only to see the staff member hand picking my oreos out of the package with no gloves.When I asked him do they use gloves he said, "Our hands are always washed". I asked him if he could put on gloves and he repeated, "Our hands are always washed". I was a little taken back and disappointed.I didn't hear any water after checking out with him and I'm happy they may keep up with hygiene but would much rather gloves with any food preparation especially ready-to-eat food like Oreos.I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone and word of mouth is the best advertisement._____In response to the owner that answered back:I don't think you should be lying on a review response like that.He did not discard the Oreos I watched him continue to make the drink and he served it AS IT WAS. NOTHING was discarded he was literally picking them from the package and dropping them one by one into the mixture. I watched him, I was there.Hands washed or not - your employees need to wear gloves.I have already called the Valley Health Department and reported this the day after it happened because I read your responses to other poor reviews and knew that you'd try to be either defensive or something to that extent.I will not be returning - take responsibility in your actions and train your staff better please.

Terrible. Just colored water. Didn't ask and worker just made it with no sugar and not enough powder to actually taste anything so earl grey tastes like diluted milk water and taro is purple water. Mind you i have had all levels of sugar bubble tea but this is horrid. Never will come back.

I was gifted a 25$ gift certificate so I decided to go with my friend and husband to try some of their bubble tea. Overall, the service was fantastic, and the shop was cute. We got three flavors, Cece's brown sugar boba specialty, coconut milk tea, and mango yogurt. For the first two teas, me and my friend agreed that the boba tea met our expectations. We definitely would get that again. For the yogurt, my husband expected more of creamy drink but this drink was more like flavored with yogurt syrup and was a lighter drink than he expected. Overall, we all enjoyed our drinks and would definitely visit again.

So after weeks of wanting to try out this spot, I was super excited to finally make it there. It’s a cute little place. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet. Unfortunately, the menu has not been updated and so I was unable to place a food order as they no longer offer a food menu. Although a bit disappointed I was looking forward to the reason I was there… Boba! I ordered a guava flavored tea and a pineapple flavored tea for my son, both with tapioca pearls and some cookies from a display. To my surprise the tea was quite bitter and there wasn’t even a hint of guava flavor,(same with my son’s tea) there was virtually no ice and MAYBE twenty pearls in the cup which were overcooked and very mushy. So disappointing. The best part of my trip were the cookies and those are supplied by a local bakery :(

a variety of options with a rotating menu! Im used to paying double in NYC. So to find a cozy shop with creative flavors and a friendly staff for half the price and half the wait was surely refreshing!They offer seasonal flavors as well! Amazing bang for your buck if you are into boba teas and authentic flavors!
