This was our first time at Chaplin's and we were not disappointed. The service was excellent and the food was excellent, well prepared and hot when it arrived at the table. The Chaplin burger was exceptional and the portion was large. The noise level a little high, they could use some soundproofing material in the ceiling, would definitely return again

Loved our food and our nice waitress. I wish you had some true paleo items in both the app and the entree menu. Most items have a grain or bean or potato. Otherwise the food was GREAT. Love that 1/2 price bottle on Sunday.

We had a wonderful brunch - 4 of us. Everthing was wonderful. Enjoy it there so much. The only thing I would add is that I had the bone marrow and it really wasn't quite enough. I loved it but felt it was just a narrow piece.
My husband and I absolutely love Chaplin. We were thankful that they opened in Shelton Connecticut.The atmosphere is great. The decor is very creative. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is wonderful. We went there for Valentine's Day and had the best burgers ever (because we were in the mood for a burger.) My husband loves the octopus there. We also enjoyed the brussels sprouts. I had the best spicy margarita, but they have really wonderful selections on their menu. I highly recommend it.

Chaplin was a restaurant that my wife and I have been talking about going to for a while. We were so glad that we went. The food is a great mix of casual and sophisticated paired with delicious cocktails. Definitely worth trying out.
Second time coming here and we're obsessed. Great service. Even better food. We didn't realize bottles of wine were 50% off today and paid full price. Manager came over and said they made a mistake and refunded us. We had no idea and he still made it right. Super nice guy. Thanks again!

Another great dinner at Chaplins. Filet and steak frites were both cooked to perfection. Walter, our server, was great as usual and always makes us feel welcome when we come to the restaurant. Best restaurant in the Valley by far!
Our first time here and it was fabulous. Good food, and service were superb. Steak tartar and fried calamari were excellent. Main course filet mignon and charred octopus were phenomenal. We really enjoyed the unique flavors of all of our food. We will definitely come back.

We sat at high top in bar area for our first experience. We were very pleased. Our server, Walter, was excellent and attentive. The food and drinks were exceptional. Highly recommend and we will be going back soon!
