Me and my family had came in to chilis for my birthday and this location is by far better than any other! Our server Karl was fantastic very attentive and got our entire order correctly. Food was great and the service was even better. High praise to the busser that took care of us he was fantastic and left our table spotless and ensured that we were in a very neat environment! 10/10

Me and my family came and dined in at Chili’s and we were lucky enough to have phillip as our server. He was extremely attentive throughout our entire visit and everything we ordered came out correct and extremely fast. I also feel the need to note that the restaurant felt extremely clean and everyone was very respectful.

Usually have great experiences here but the food and service tonight 8/10/25 were a miss. I had steak with mashed and broccoli. The steak size was small but I got what I paid for. The broccoli was atrocious. Had a mild brown color, they are lucky I love salt bc they were extremely salty but also very dry. The service was just as atrocious as the broccoli. While the server appeared nice, her service was almost rude? Lack of training perhaps? She was standing at the table ready to place our order when my friend was on the phone and was apparent about it, but the server wasn’t apologetic about the fact that she just interrupted what could’ve been an important phone call. My friend wasn’t provided a straw with her giant margarita and the server gave me sweetened iced tea when I was asking for unsweetened iced tea (my fault for not specifying) but also her fault for not clarifying the iced tea options like many trained servers have done for me in the past. Silverware wasn’t present when our entrees were dropped off. We kept having to ask another server for things. My friend ended up packing her food to go and was charged extra for sauce she asked for to go (which wouldn’t have been an issue) however the server didn’t offer a to go container for the sauce that was still on her plate (which was apparent there was enough to container up). When the bill arrived, it was wrong and had we have not looked, we would’ve been overcharged even though we both made it extremely clear we were doing the 3 for me deal they have. I don’t have the highest expectations for Chili’s and I know mistakes happen but the service from start to finish again felt rude, careless and inconsiderate.

Nobody has better chips and salsa than chilies! And their Margaritas are spot-on. Food overall is average but the drinks and chips make it worth a trip

I really want to like the food from this place because they're so close to home but I went there for the 3rd time in many years recently. This was their 3rd strike & I'm done. Steak was not tender. Chicken wrapped in bacon was dry. The sides of rice & vegetables, just ok. For 2 plates we paid about $36, so that wasn't bad. The line moved pretty quickly but when I was leaving they had a line just about out the door. I could hear people on the other side having a good time. Sounded like Karaoke.

If there was a chilis location im confused isn’t closed it’s this one horrible service attitude from nearly every worker food arrives late and cold… I’d feel better if you brought the queso burger back
Did not acknowledge my group and took forever to get served. Waitress was nice but took way longer than we wanted needed.

Bed place, bed manager! We leave near by and We have been going to this restaurant for years and years and now that the manager and staff have changed, they receive large groups and cannot handle the food. Close the doors going to be much better!

The only nice thing about our whole experience here was our server, she was really friendly. Everything else sucked. The food was disgusting and clearly not even a little bit fresh, not only did it taste several days old, it didn’t even come out hot (some of the food was actually cold). And the atmosphere was somehow worse than the food. Right after we got settled into our table a couple was sat in the booth behind us. They reeked so heavily of marijuana and body odor that it was hard for me to breathe and I had to move to the opposite side of the booth because I was practically gagging. I could still smell them on the other side so even if the food hadn’t been disgusting I’m sure that would have ruined my appetite anyways.
