If you've been to one Chili's you've been to them all. The menu is decent but I feel like there are less options now than in the past. Highly recommend lunch or happy hour if you plan on visiting as there are much better deals during those hours compared to dinner. Staff is decent but seem very busy with additional tasks such as getting their own table's drinks from the bar, helping host/seat patrons entering, etc which leads to a longer wait time at the table.
The food was okay. There are many issues due to miscommunication between the waitress and kitchen. Runners touched food (burger with hands). Food was not made correctly. The receipt was not accurate. But not off some much to dispute it. The dessert was the best. The kids had fun, and that's all that matters.
