Go to local Chinese food in Shelton. Finding good Chinese takeout in CT is a challenge, this is the best option in the area. Cash only! Orange chicken extra spicy and beef lo mein are my go to with a wonton soup on the side. Lunch special is a great value. Friendly and quick service. Great location if you need to pickup anything from the grocery store or packy.

We've lived here for 2 yrs and have been pleased with the food we've ordered. However, we ordered dinner last Fri, and they were very busy. I was worried that perhaps the food would be rushed and not quality. We were blown away with the taste and quality! We ordered again for a family get together last night, which was a Wednesday. Again, the food was just amazing! Our daughter who lives closer to her usual Chinese takeout is going to switch to Chinatown.

The lady at the desk said that she didn't need my name so when she was going to call me up to get my food but then it got busy and I went to go check on my food but she asked for my name and it took forever to get my food, but the food was great.

We haven't been here I'm years because of our last experience with our food. We decided to give it a try to see if anything changed. The food has gotten a lot better than last time. The only thing was we waited longer than expected for the food to be ready even though we ordered 20 minutes prior to showing up.
Hit or miss since they left Monroe. Tonight was a big miss. Sweat & Sour Chicken coating was dark brown like dirty oil as I cut the chicken I noticed how slimy it was. It was also soft and mushy as I took it out of the container. That's the last of my money they will take.

Boy oh boy I really love this little take out restaurant for Chinese comfort food. I love their pork Lo mein and their combination meals. A favorite of mine is chicken or beef with mixed vegetables and garlic sauce. Their Hot and Sour soup is just wonderful, with loads of mushrooms and just enough spiciness lot let you know it's there without being too hot. I can also recommend their BBQ ribs with the bone; a real tangy treat so lip smacking that you'll need lost of napkins after your finished. Also check out their wonton soup; it's also yummy!

What happened to this place?Original owners ran a far above the norm takeout restaurant. Food was ALWAYS top notch.This was my go to for many years. No more. Now horrific. Go elsewhere. So disappointing.
