Ordered 3 meals and chips with Guacamole for pickup. Not even 10 minutes later, all three meals were cold and the Guacamole was browning. Definitely not fresh food. Save your money, dont order from this location!

this chipotle is slow and the manager did not want to work. i walked in and it was just me and one other customer. the manager was checking the temperature of the meats and rice without washing it in between tests. it took ten minutes for the customer in front of me to receive his meal and check out and for the worker to get more cups. during this the manager went to the bathroom then came out looked at the hold up then went back into the bathroom. then when it was my turn the worker had to go get more tortillas and fajita vegetables and the manager sat down and had lunch. on top of that the chips i purchased were very stale, uncooked, and unsalted, there was mold on one of them. to add to this, my intended drink choice was completely empty. the worker who helped me was very nice but the manager needs to be let go as he was avoiding responsibility and not helping his new employe.

I do delivery, and it’s frustrating to wait 20 minutes every morning for the food to be ready. It’s never on time. It’s the same every day. The store floor is very dirty, like it’s the end of the day. The grill where they cook the chicken is completely black. I think some of the lunch food is from the day before. The staff also looks very unhappy. It seems like a management problem. I can’t say anything about the food because I don’t eat it.

Very disgusting place, every time I go the whole place is dirty, the service area looks nasty, tables always dirty and terrible customer service. Someone needs to visit this place to fix it because everything going on there is terrible.
