Employee was extremely slow. Garbages we’re filled beyond the brim. Counters need to be cleaned..Also the amount of salt they put on the meat is diabolical!!!I would like to enjoy my meal but all I tasted was salt.

Every single time I go there, forever literally the last 5 years, it’s always disgusting in the dining room, there are never any kids or knives or salsas, all of the workers have headphones and talk to each other not about work, there’s never any black beans or other meats available than chicken. Who’s running this circus ?? And why open across from pancheros ??? Whoever owns this chipotle, close up and move out any other location is better than here.

Third I went to Chipotle in shelton at lunchtime and third time there is no chicken. Why can't they prepare for the lunch traffic . While waiting fir the chicken they could clean up the food area

Place looks disgusting. Garbage overflowing and all over the floor. Used napkins and utensils on the tables. The employees working there have no care about the work place, are super rude, and NEVER can get an order right. Then when you ask them to fix their mistakes, it’s always “You ordered it wrong,” or “you should’ve checked your online order before you left with the bag”. What a joke.

This is the absolute worst Chipotle ever. Staff is unprofessional, not that you expect young kids to be super professional, but lack customer service skills. THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF FOOD and never make more! I mean ALWAYS!!! The place is always dirty. I love Chipotle, but I rather go to Pancheros across the street. Super clean and absolutely the best customer service. Whoever manages this place should go across the street and take some notes.

Each time I have visited the restaurant runs out of key ingredients such as sour cream, pico de gallo, and/or guacamole. They don't seem to replace these items later in the day which appears to customers as laziness or lack of care. The end result is a 'half baked' meal that doesn't meet your intended preferences. The best part is they still charge you the same price for a reduced selection of key items.

JOKE!!! by far the worst Chipotle. Employees are a joke, young with no work ethic . Multiple occasions I walk in at 8pm and there is no food left. This time they announced there was no Chicken, sour cream or tomatoes left while waiting in line, it was 7:53. Horrible, go toPancheros across the street.

Typical Chipotle forgetting items for online order… missing guac in one of my bowls and side of chips and queso. Not the first time, I’d say probably the 10th. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. Place is also filthy!Workers are zombies, told the gentleman he forgot my queso and he just stared at me like I was a piece of meat. “BRAIIIINNNNS” he was probably saying in his mind.Chipotle, you NEED new management at your Shelton, Monroe and Milford locations! If you’re looking for Mexican bowls or burritos, go next door to Pancheros.

I am convinced the KIDS who work here actually find joy in messing up your order. Also they consistently “run out” of items. Was told today they had no guacamole for my order and then got home and realized my entire bowl was not correct. Dont waste your time coming here.

Made order at 7:05 for pickup at 7:40, only for it not to be ready. Proceeded to wait another 40 mins for my food to be made. One of the employees that was working the pick up left right as soon as his shift ended and it took a whole ten minutes to get someone else to work on it. No "sorry for the wait" or anything. One of the absolute worse restaurant experiences I have ever had and I will never go back to this location and hopefully this review warns other people. Just go to the other restaurants around this location. Much better food and much more efficient.

Employee had his phone out texting instead of cutting up the meat for service. They ran out of chicken and steak telling us it was going to be a 5 minute wait. But he had the time to openly text on his phone.
