Chops Taco food truck came to my workplace today so we decided to place an order. We ordered the mango habanero & pork carnitas tacos to share.. cannot mix the choices :( .. I wanted to try their crunchwrap but it wasn't available ...Also, the prices are standard for a taco truck ( 3 tacos for $12 ). These are not made like authenic mexican tacos ( cilantro & onion / green chile sauces / sides for decor ) but it was really good! Similar to how I make mine sometimes, toasted with cheese. I will definitely check it out at their location in Shelton one of these days or if they come back to my job ??

It was amazing. I could not understand why the white sauce was so delicious.This food fed my soul. My ancestors are happy I ate here. Sincerely, don't just buy, inquire on catering.

I’ve tried a lot of different tacos over the years, but Chops tacos are definitely at the top of my list! They make their own sauces which are delicious. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly and great overall service. Would definitely recommend! 10/10
