Amazing food truck located in one of the plazas on the River Road, drive too fast and you might miss it. Stopped here for lunch, we got 4 tacos and we could also not leave without trying their Crunchwrap. They have a wide variety of flavors of protein to choose from, each come with two dipping sauces. Options include mango habanero chicken, ground beef, chorizo and a host of others. We got a chorizo, birria and a sweet chili chicken taco. All outstanding! The tortillas were super crispy and have a brown cheesy coating on the outside, that's what makes it stand out from the rest. We also got the Mango Habanero Chicken Crunchwrap, outstanding as well. Service was quick and friendly, they are passionate about what they do. Hours are limited and they only have one table for outdoor dining, best bet is to take this to a park somewhere, that's what we did!! We will absolutely come here again, amazing food.

A++ foodThis food truck provides amazing taco, bowl and chops wraps. Hours and Days open vary based on the owners which are more limited in winter. Follow their Instagram for times.Overall this food is delicious and is a go to for us at least once a week. We personally love the chop wrap but everything is amazing. Favorites: chipotle chicken, mango habanero also tropical shrimp tacos!! The taco and wraps are loaded with meat and will definitely fill you. You will never eat a Crunchwrap from Taco Bell after having their version.

I’ve tried a lot of different tacos over the years, but Chops tacos are definitely at the top of my list! They make their own sauces which are delicious. Food is always fresh, staff is always friendly and great overall service. Would definitely recommend! 10/10
