I ordered food late last night and got all the wrong food. They were already closed so i brought the food in the morning. The manager came in and said he cant find my order and i showed him the bank statement and phone call in my call log. He states “im the owner and you wont be getting a refund” continued to throw the uneaten food away and said hes going to call the police. I just ended up disputing it through my bank. Insane hostile behavior for an owner if he even is the owner. His name is Muhammad and he’s genuinely not mentally stable.

I placed an order which showed on the tracker app that the driver had left the store 25mins prior to receiving the order. I only live 10mins away I called for a ETA and seen the driver left shorty before. Not a problem. When the order was received, my food was not hot and had obviously been sitting around before being delivered. You can tell fresh pizza! When I called to make them aware of the disappointment I was put on mute and obviously ignored seeing that I had to repeat myself more than enough times at that point I was asked “what do you want me to do?” And continuously interrupted while answering the question I was ASKED and dismissed. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed, especially with this being my favorite pizza. I will be ordering elsewhere moving forward.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had with takeout in my life. I told the driver to park in the front of my house where the walkway is and he parked on the side street and walked over. As he got out of his car he dropped our box of cheesy bread on the ground and didn't even attempt to pick it up quickly. He just kicked the box out of the way and left it in the street. When he handed me the food and said he dropped the cheesy bread I asked if he'd be coming back with another one and he said "NO". Point blank NO! No apology for dropping it at all. He told me to call the store for a credit. I said you're open until midnight, it's only 6:45. He said it's too far to come back. We're literally 10 mins from Domino's. On top of that I couldn't understand anything he was saying. He was Indian with a heavy accent so that made it even more frustrating. I went inside and called the store and an Indian lady answered. Again, I could barely understand her. I told her what happened and asked for a refund on the item and she said sorry she can't do that. WHAT?? What kind of customer service is that!? She told me she'd discount our next order. I told her it's been 5 years since we last ordered from here so that's not an option and I'd like the refund now. Again she said she couldn't do that. Not sure why but I advise people to not order from this Domino's on Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton! The food was horrible, the delivery was horrible and the customer service was horrible. If I could rate this place zero stars I would've because that's what they deserve. Hopefully they go out of business soon and close the doors for good!

Wife ordered pizzas online, which is fairly easy waiting for it to get delivered in the driver calls kept on saying 11 over and over and over I could barely understand what he was saying Then I finally figured out that he was asking what building then I had to tell him 10 times what building it was He was rude and he took the Lord’s name in vain. That’s unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. There’s some things I will put up with, but not taking the Lord‘s name in vain. And oh yeah, I think they messed up my pizza. I ordered bacon it looks like ham.

Look I know it’s Dominos, but I’ve ordered from this location a few times now and have been sorely disappointed each time.
Particularly because I kept asking for extra cheese and on this last one I think I got NEGATIVE cheese. I wish I took a picture because I swear on my life the pizza was like half bread. Even though it was supposed to be extra cheese with provolone as the ONLY topping.
Pretty lackluster performance, do better guys.

Food came 1 1/2 hours after order. Driver called and couldn’t find my address. Had to walk 1 1/2 blocks to get food. Food was freezing cold and ordered chicken Mac cheese Alfredo which came as a tin foil bowl of cheese. They forgot to add chicken and pasta haha. Called to get a new order and the woman said they are busy tonight and hung up on me.
Extremely rude person over the phone called in initially to see where my order was, which was already 30 minutes Late, to be told that it would be another 20 minutes and that they were extremely busy on a Tuesday night, which is absurd. 20 minutes goes by and then I called back. Was told it would be another 20 minutes. Ask to speak with the manager. Was told the manager already went home for the night, so you're telling me that there's literally no manager on duty, which is a requirement for most towns that Every restaurant has at least one manager per shift, not to mention it's also a Domino's requirement I know that because I ran 3 locations in Philadelphia and I was told to call back tomorrow Then I was hung up on by the person on the phone, who could hardly speak any english I want my money back And even if I get my food, it's gonna be 2 hours out of the oven. I Want a refund and compensation this is Disgraceful, especially coming from the biggest pizza chain in the world
