The estimated delivery time got overshot by 50 minutes!! How do you take an hour and 15 min from order completion to delivered when we live 5 min away? I mistakenly ordered delivery from this location in shelton instead of the Ansonia location and immediately knew something bad will happen before it happened, and sure enough we got cold pizza because of the delivery time. We called twice and kept getting told another 15 minutes, pathetic. Not worth the expensive delivery fee they charge, it's a joke.

My delivery driver, after taking 45 minutes to deliver from nearby, called me and told me to come out to the street to get my pizza as he refused to get out of his car. He claimed it was "store policy" (which it has never been for any past order). The pizza was cold and hard.I had ordered from his store in in the past but not for the past 6-12 months and it's obviously gone horribly downhill. Don't order from this location.

Would give 0 starts if I could. These people are so lazy, and stupid they didn’t even want to help me out. Granted I put the wrong phone number by accident. They hung up on me multiple times, told me they didn’t even have an order for me but somehow the driver was on his way, I want my money back!!!!!

I ordered on the mobile app they went through all the processes even gave me a driver and said he was coming in my neighborhood. I waited 10 minutes realized no one knocked or called so I called the store about my order. A woman picked up and I asked "hey just wondering about my order". She cut me off and said they were still making it. I try to go on and talk about the mobile app and how it told me the order was completed and she hung up on me. Honestly it's been 20 minutes now after that call and still no food! Shelton dominos do better!

When I contacted the store, I was promised that the correct order would be delivered in one hour. However, it never arrived. To make matters worse, the store manager blamed the lack of staff and left me to deal with the issue.As a customer, I was disappointed with the level of service provided by this Domino's location. The mistake was not mine, yet I was made to bear the consequences. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and it's clear that this location fell short in this area.I cannot recommend this Domino's location based on my experience. If you're looking for reliable and professional service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

At 7:34 pm I order dominoes the person who takes my orders told me 30mins now is 10:34 I haven’t receive my orders then I call asking to get my money back there tell me I can’t get the back like for real I have my kids up waiting for there food but no food this crazy I need someone to point me in the right direction….
