Omg. Stopped at donut crazy at 4:30 pm. Bought 3 donuts. All were stale and hard! I know it’s the end of the day , but they should give you a discount for stale food. I would be ashamed to offer those donuts for free

You need to go early otherwise they'll run out of various flavors that you may want. I've only been here once but so far I like the doughnuts I've tried. They also have drinks and sandwiches.

I’ve been going here for years but something has changed recently. They are constantly out items on the menu. For example the last visit I ordered sausage egg and cheese on plain bagel. They told me they did not have any more plain so I chose sesame as an alternative. What I ended up getting was a bacon egg and cheese on a soggy roll. This isn’t a one time experience either, it’s now a the average unfortunately.

Usually for uber pick up they are good but when they are busy they ignore you. 4 people made eye contact with me and not noticed me. I even said excuse me . till I actually called , phone call them and noticed me. After Girl noticed me then other associate noticed me. I said im already been taken care of.

Came for the BECs. It was wickedly busy. Our 3 year old was having a hard time - enormous shout out to Ty, who showed him/us so much love and kindness. Protect that man at all costs

This location is much better than the Downtown New Haven one I ordered from last Sunday... I ordered Donut Crazy from Shelton this am and this food: Tater tots, ham & cheese sandwich, three Donuts and a Hot Latte were all delicious and made just right!
The service at the front desk was horrible. I felt like I was being a nuisance by ordering a few donuts. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I used to come here all of the time to get breakfast sandwiches and the Mama’s omelette. The price has gone up, which I don’t mind paying for good food, however lately for breakfast items the quality has decreased significantly. Omelettes are supposed to have cheese right?? It looks like maybe a dash of melted cheese on the toppings.

We were so happy to see that they were open after our work hours!! These are gourmet donuts and just as fresh at night. Banana Creme was our favorite!! We also had maple bacon, coco crazy, muddy buddy, lemon meringue, and Boston cream. They are a bit pricey but worth it!!
