Nastiest experience I’ve ever had called asking if they’d be able to simply remake a drink for me was met with an attitude like no one else’s business. Just for asking them to do their jobs. No one forced them to work there if they don’t want to make coffee why work at Dunkin’s? I ended up not getting the food I ordered

I’ve been very big on giving reviews lately due to the fact that I noticed other people tend to not care about diet restrictions.
I went in to get a coffee with the six dollar meal deal and let the worker know that I did not eat pork and she told me that I was not allowed to substitute for the turkey sausage instead. I have gone to other Dunkin’ Donuts and have been able to substitute based on my diet restrictions.
Why would Dunkin’ Donuts allow the six dollar meal deal? If we can’t get turkey sausage which probably is the same exact cost that’s bad customer service not everyone eats pork.

Outside the building there was an employee on the phone using profanity yelling and screaming at someone whoever she was talking to on the phone anyway this was my first time in this Dunkin' donuts to purchase a hot pumpkin spice the young woman that was there was very disrespectful and her first priority wasn't the customer her rudeness and her sloth was I was patiently waiting for service there wasn't a line just me standing at the counter when the rude woman probably with no home training approached me with the I don't care attitude then when I finally received the coffee she walked away rudely and was rude when I asked for the receipts saying the receipt's right there I did not want to reach over onto the counter and tear the receipt off the machine ⁵⁵this will be last time I go to this Dunkin' donuts

I was in a hurry and clearly they were not. They were giggling instead of taking my order. It’s pretty hard to mess up a coffee that is literally espresso and coffee milk. When I got in my car and tried my coffee there was NO ESPRESSO. It was a cup of coffee milk with ice. I tried to call and got sent directly to voicemail 5 times. There’s two other Dunkin’s over here, go there. $7 for COFFEE MILK.

The team here is horrid. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The manager was rude. Never had this bad of an experience at a Dunkin before the lady completely messed up my order TWICE!!!! And forced us to buy a second sandwich because she gave me a croissant instead of a bagel after asking her to fix it she told me that I said croissant I DID NOT!!! And said we had to buy another sandwich well we did and it came almost completely uncooked and gross why are you handing me a damn raw bagel.

I always loved Dunkin over Starbucks but since I moved out here I've tried this Dunkin 3 times and each time it's consistently bad.
Today was the last time, so I went because my son likes the doughnuts there. I got a macchiato-the size was wrong and I let that go. Then I tasted it and it tasted like she started making a regular coffee, messed it up then added the espresso to not start it over. She was staring at me so hard to see if I noticed. I did. I just trashed it, I don't even want my money back. I'll drive 5 miles away from home for a better experience at another dunkin or just go to Starbucks. I'm over it. It's like the place hired a bunch of people on work release and didn't train them well. It's SO BAD, if I had to have coffee and gas, Id put gas in my car THEN DRIVE to another coffee place just to avoid the impending aggravation of a wrong/disgusting order. The owner should re-evaluate things.

Came through just now on Christmas Eve morning and the girls had me smiling from speaker till I drove away! And I got home and the food was EXACTLY how I like it!!! Thank you for making my Christmas better!! I’ll be back in the red Camry!

This is the second time I've stopped to buy a coffee at this place and the second time I've received terrible service. The two girls who work there definitely hate their jobs. One of them is on the phone while the other one answers with a bad attitude and she prepared me a latte that looks like iced milk, the worst thing I've ever tried in my life.

Got 2 breakfast sandwiches from here. Ridiculous that this was put into a bag. Only reason it got 2 stars was that the donuts were correct. Do not recommend you go there.

Definitely not open until 10pm. Y'all should change your hours on here so that people don't waste their time driving over to your establishment.
