Dunkin'

This is the second time I've stopped to buy a coffee at this place and the second time I've received terrible service. The two girls who work there definitely hate their jobs. One of them is on the phone while the other one answers with a bad attitude and she prepared me a latte that looks like iced milk, the worst thing I've ever tried in my life.

Got 2 breakfast sandwiches from here. Ridiculous that this was put into a bag. Only reason it got 2 stars was that the donuts were correct. Do not recommend you go there.

Definitely not open until 10pm. Y'all should change your hours on here so that people don't waste their time driving over to your establishment.

God, I try never to review fast food places because I don't expect much, but this place broke me.

This is the most convenient Dunkin on my commute, so I have gone here more times than I like to admit. In the 20-30+ times I have been here, I think they have gotten my order right less than five times. The order? A vanilla frosted doughnut, no sprinkles. Yet every morning, instead of that, I get basically and other kind of doughnut. It amazes. At first, I thought it was the speaker or my vehicle being too loud. So i started turning my car off to order. Nope. Still wrong. It is truly astounding how such a simple request is just consistently wrong. Then today I ordered my doughnuts not only were they wrong, but they were soaked. Not like condensation soaked, but like someone spilled something in the case and just let them sit in it soaked.

So I give up. I'm done having to correct my order and done getting whatever this is. There are Dunkins in the Plaza up the street and at the gas station towards Shelton. Just go somewhere else.

It's typical. Kinda dirty though. I just ran in and out. The service was OK. The workers were enjoying their day, not rude. Gave me my donuts and went on about their conversation. I've got nothing really bad to say, nothing really good. it's a convenient location. Just could spruce up a bit.

No matter how many times I go here, these employees just can't GET IT RIGHT! IF I WANT 6 CARAMEL SWIRL IN MY LATTÉ THAN IT SHOULD TASTE LIKE CARAMEL! NOT STRAIGHT WATERED DOWN COFFEE! Of course I could t go back as I got it delivered to me at work. It says on the ticket 6 CARAMEL SWIRL and well I don't taste any caramel at all! And I paid $5.69 plus a 3.99 delivery fee on top of a tip to the driver. Not the drivers fault as they cannot taste test your coffee! Hire people who can follow directions in a fast paced place if your busy or people that can read the damn ticket! This is so frustrating cause I NEED my Coffee but it taste HORRIBLE AND I WONT DRINK IT! WASTE OF EXTRA MONEY THATS FOR SURE!

Waited 10 minutes for the lady to come back inside from smoking. She then proceeded to start ti handle the food without washing her hands. Nasty so I left empty handed.
