HUGE SHOUTOUT to whoever took the order. You barely get individuals take the orders correctly, but they Definitely listened and got the order correct. Bagel was perfect, coffee was amazing! Thanks to the team! Wish I had gotten their names for a shoutout! But amazing place

Old lady at the register was rude, also threw my donut in a bag no sheet of paper or anything. The wrap was crumbling like it was old. I do appreciate the clean restroom and the lounge like dining area.

Don’t think the menu changed recently. Ordered a latte and hash brown.

Latte was a whole cup of milk and we only recieved 3 hash browns.

Maybe dunkin now has a 3 piece and 6 piece hash brown??

Unfortunate and will not be returning.

They’re service and quality is not up to standard. Ordered cold brew coffee drive throw and they replaced with regular coffee and when I confronted they keep denying it. I get the same coffee everyday and I know how my coffee tastes.

They are very rude there and also rude to each other . They don't seem to work well with others nor the customers Time takes too long for your food and drinks what happened to customer service please fix your staff

I waited for at least 20 min for my order, the think is that there were 6 people working, 3 of them were taking orders for the cars, 2 were just talking and only one was attending the counter. Don't they have a boss who can organize them better?

If anyone hates their life more than me when I have no choice but to go to this Dunkin, it’s the girl I always seem to get at the drive through that whispers. If you manage to make it through ordering when you can’t hear a word she says, you’ll be thrilled to know she has as much personality as a shrub.

I tried the hash brown bowl and it was disgusting. The muffin was not cooked all the way either. No more DD for me.

This is an Absolutely BRAND NEW location basically on a diagonal from Bishops. They do have a drive-thru plenty of parking. Some tables on the inside. They have meal deals specials I don't know if that's a new thing. Also what's cool is they have right on the counter which is a nice long counter where you order what looks like beer taps that you pull down to fill up certain things like iced tea, lemonade, & any of the cold drinks that a serve with ice come out of there obviously no coffee comes out of

Whats the hiring process like for this particular store? 2nd grade education? I was handed 7 drinks before i was given the correct one. Then went home to discover i was given the wrong food. That ones on me as i should have gone through each individual item after the drink situation. I would have gotten better service in a graveyard.

I only got a strawberry dragonfruit lemonade refresher but the lady at the counter was so nice. And she made sure they didn’t put ice in it like I asked because she couldn’t find the no ice button.
