Stopped by to DD location. Positives - staff are super friendy and work very hard and fast. Coffee was excellent and yummy donuts.
Down sides were on the facility itself. Floors in the cooking area were very dirty.

The drive thru here smells like heated garbage. It's very unsanitary smelling. And even though I ordered ahead, they never began making my order (one drink) until after I pulled up to the pick-up window.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to whoever took the order. You barely get individuals take the orders correctly, but they Definitely listened and got the order correct. Bagel was perfect, coffee was amazing! Thanks to the team! Wish I had gotten their names for a shoutout! But amazing place

Old lady at the register was rude, also threw my donut in a bag no sheet of paper or anything. The wrap was crumbling like it was old. I do appreciate the clean restroom and the lounge like dining area.

Don’t think the menu changed recently. Ordered a latte and hash brown.
Latte was a whole cup of milk and we only recieved 3 hash browns.
Maybe dunkin now has a 3 piece and 6 piece hash brown??
Unfortunate and will not be returning.

They’re service and quality is not up to standard. Ordered cold brew coffee drive throw and they replaced with regular coffee and when I confronted they keep denying it. I get the same coffee everyday and I know how my coffee tastes.

They are very rude there and also rude to each other . They don't seem to work well with others nor the customers Time takes too long for your food and drinks what happened to customer service please fix your staff

I waited for at least 20 min for my order, the think is that there were 6 people working, 3 of them were taking orders for the cars, 2 were just talking and only one was attending the counter. Don't they have a boss who can organize them better?
