The food was horrendous. We stared with fried mozzarella. It was so thin (4 tiny pieces) with tasteless sauce on it, but that wasn’t the worst, it was cool. The cheese didn’t even pull for $12.99 what a waste. Then I got a margarita pizza. No taste except bitterness. Could have been the garlic or tomatoes. I added salt, grated cheese and crushed pepper, nothing and it was cool like it sat around for a while. My husband had a sausage and ricotta pizza again tasteless and cool. What a waste of $60

Good place, great service! I would have left a comment if I had an option on the website instead but just coming to say, we miss the booths! We used to go all the time but it is just not as comfortable with the kids without the front rooms booths. Still everyone should give it a try!

One burnt pizza too many, where Ive typically loved this place in the past - all my recent pizza orders have been burnt and hard as rock, makes me sad

Got two large pies for delivery. Either they sent the wrong order or ran out of sauce and toppings and said screw it. What kind of monster orders sauceless bland pizza lol

The menu is varied and specials can be interesting. Bruschetta good. Dumplings average. Brick oven pizza is what it is. I don't like charred crust and acidic tomatosauce but my husband prefers that style. I appreciate that they always have a nice cold glass for my beer but I don't appreciate being charged for a glass of carbonated water from the fountain. Music playlist tonight was obnoxious. They need to lower the volume when there are only a few diners. Service is average and so are the prices. I have had a couple of large parties (20) here because they can accommodate us and that's a real plus.

Friendly staff, nice big open spaces, pizza was good but for the life of me, I don't understand how they can charge you $7.00 extra for dairy free cheese... incredibly expensive to order one pie dairy free...

Sadly, this isn't a review about food because I wasn't even able to make it to that point. My group of 7 walked in and was told it would be about a 30-35 minute wait. No problem- we left our name for a reservation and went down the street to pass time.About 25 minutes later, we head back and head inside. Upon entering, absolutely no one is at the front, the phone is ringing, and there's not even many people inside of the restaurant. Despite all of this, when we finally did find a waitress we were told that she was going to get her manager to assist us. Upon hearing this, I was confused as to why it takes getting a manager for us to be seated when we made a reservation 40 minutes ago at this point- but we waited another few minutes for the manager to come out.When she did appear- she seemed to have an attitude and simply tell us that she can't make people leave their tables... which is obvious. She stated that there were previous reservations and they couldn't seat us- but we were one of the previous reservations (from almost an entire hour ago!). It took us finally walking to the door to leave for her to be ready to seat us. No thank you. The pizza was decent when I had it before- but not good enough to go through all this trouble and bad service!
