I want to preface this by saying I'm really really picky about deli meat. I NEVER eat it. However, after having surgery this week , this just sounded good so I tried it. I was actually blown away by how good this was. The meat was fresh, not slimy like most deli meat is and they were very very generous with toppings. The person working was super nice and patient and took his time making the sandwiches. I was impressed by how clean it was too. This was more of a good deli feel as opposed to a chain sandwich place. Thank you for making my horrible day so much better. ❤️

Jersey Mike’s in Shelton, sandwiches are always super fresh and made to order, even in a bowl without bread. Gluten free bread and dessert available. I always use the convenient app, order and my food is waiting at the front of the counter. Staff is friendly and smiling every visit. Kids menu available too. So glad they are nearby.
Vegetarian options: Will individualize any item to create a vegetarian offering.
Kid-friendliness: Open environment, seating is comfortable and non fussy in case of spills, etc. Staff very accommodating

I usually go tho the Milford location but tried the new Shelton location... I'm not happy with the sandwich #13. Everything else was just fine but I DO NOT NEED AN ENTIRE CONTAINER OF MAYO ON MY SANDWICH. Go back to training and figure it out please. Remember failure starts at the top, Manger good job letting my sandwich out of your store. I won't be back.

This was my first time visiting. I heard the location was relatively new and they were definitely busy. It was nice to be able to take the time to figure out what I wanted to order and it was really cool watching to make it right in front of you. I will definitely be returning at some point.

I ordered a timed pickup for a hot sandwich which was almost an hour after my order was put in and when I got there I noticed my sandwich was already made even though I was a little early and turned out it was made as soon as the order came in so, it was room temp by that time

Lettuce at this location is iffy. Please concentrate on improving its quality, the Mike's 4 miles away always has the best quality Lettuce.

I was today in this place and the person that take my order doesn’t fallow the instructions that is supposed to fallow for the people that has allergies. I told him that I have allergies and he doesn’t clean the area where is supposed to prepare my sandwich just cover with a paper.In top of that he was not talking nice to me . He was kind mad with me when I told him to be careful because I have allergies at gluten .After what happened today I will never get back in this place . I’m very disappointed about this restaurant.
