Our first time here. I like the casual chill atmosphere. We also, really liked our server. The food was just ok. Also, if you’d like to make any changes, buyer beware. It’s an extra $10 for “housemade” spaghetti - half a portion, but they don’t tell you up front. You have to ask. I’ve had “house made fresh pasta” and they don’t charge extra it just comes that way!

Been there several times ,but disappointed this time I had clams over linguini,,,but I wanted angel hair pasta instead ,,,, they charged me $10 fir changing to angel hair pasta ,,,,the waitress told me says it on the bottom of the menu,,,,myself and my date didn't see it written anywhere. So I won't be back

We come here. Every Mother's Day and sometimes for just a plain good meal. Though they didn't have Lasagna for Mother's Day, it is one of my entire family's favorite dishes from any restaurant! The restaurant itself is small and cozy and the food is consistently excellent! Chicken franc, Lobster fra diavolo, linguine with clam sauce....oh. and the stuffed meatball! Chef's kiss.

This place is a hidden gem! I had the calamari, chicken parm and zitti with vodka sauce. Everything was absolutely delicious! Would highly recommend it to anyone. Waiter and staff were also super on point. Cant say enough great things about this place!

Casual spot with food well above average, fairly priced.My friend and I had two red sauce Italian dishes , one seafood and the other with a meat sauce and both were excellent. A good assortment of pastas including gluten free.We split the arugula, fennel and orange salad, simple and quite good. Oh, and a tasty side of broccoli rabe is not to be missed.Will return 100%!

La Scogliera’s was always our favorite until the other night. We arrived on time . The dining room had only 2 tables occupied with a total of 6 people. The bar was busy but empty tables. 30 minutes for our drink order. 2 hrs before our food arrived. The food was a disappointment at best! One out of 8 meals was excellent. The rest were sub par. No apologies, in fact the owner came out and was over the top rude! Another table heard us questioning and came over and commented that “ this was how service has become!” Our experience ruined our evening with out of town guests. We were amazed at how badly we were treated and truly embarrassed .

Worst dinner experience I ever had! Wish I could give 0 stars. Had reservations for 6:30 to celebrate a birthday. At 8:20, we asked how much longer on our meals. The owner came out and told us that waiting 2 hours for our food was normal because it was just that good and we need to wait 2 hours on average for his food. My $26 meal consisted of 5 shrimp with canned mushrooms and a side of bland pasta. The owner's attitude was disgusting and I'm embarrassed for his employees. Our waiter and host apologized for the owner and said they felt embarrassed as well. I've been a waitress for 20 years now and counting, and this is this 1st review I ever left online. Another couple stopped us and said that this place should be embarrassed for how long it takes to receive food. BTW they came after us, ate, and left before we ever got food.
