It's a dive for sure - typical beers on tap, and decent looking food. There was a band playing, which was cool, but there were people actively vaping and smoking in the building, which was odd. It doesn't seem as if they are used to having a lot of people there, as they had reserved seating in the back (a sign said for staff, but I'm fairly confident a bar that size doesn't even have as many employees as were back there, and if they did, I highly doubt they'd...
