Not sure how this place is still open with the way they operate their business. They scam people so if you dine in you get a normal portion size but if you ever order for take out as my family did TWICE they give you what looks like someone else’s left overs. I was wrong to go back a second time after the first issue. Today I called my order in and the women asked me about my order three times and I clarified multiple times. When I showed up to pick it up I opened the bag because I had a terrible experience last time and it was missing one whole hibachi plate. They had me wait 10 mins to make the additional plate for my order. Once I got home I opened the bag and JUST LIKE LAST TIME what they did was open the one plate and split the salmon and steak to make the second order that they forgot!! I called in and spoke to “bow or Boa” who is apparently the owner and he was very rude and stated that it was pretty much ok they did that because they didn’t charge me for the plate that they forgot initially!! He then proceeded to text me rudely after I sent photos of the order telling to come pick up my money and to never return there again as if I would ever! Do not go to a place like this terrible customer service, dishonest and scammers charging full price and giving you crumbs!!!

My wife and I attempted to order hibachi takeout from here to give this place a second try on take out. My wife’s review is already on here and a response from the restaurant was given but clearly a unempathetic AI response. Their portion sizes are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller when you order take out. And when you ask about the sizes being smaller, they fully admit to them being way less than what you get when dining in person stating “yes we are aware and that’s just how we do our take out” almost as if there have been other people who have also complained. However, they were not willing to work with the customer, regardless of us explaining that you basically get 3-5 bites of noodles and rice in the takeout hibachi order. And it’s the exact same price in restaurant and via take out. It is completely wrong and taking advantage of the customer. Their response in the previous review speaks of how they weigh proteins, and give more variety in their veggies, when compared to other restaurants. But don’t let that fool you. They completely gyp you on the quantity of food for the price. And hopefully when they respond to this review they admit to their wrong doing and agree to change their take out quantity to match the restaurant experience.

My girlfriend invited me out for my birthday lunch. We had broccoli & shrimp I had fried rice she had the brown. She had also sushi & a bowel of edamame salted. She drank ice tea. I drank a glass of Pepsi.
